It is also interested in maintaining existing cooperation with the Centre for Free Legal Aid. The development of the company is not possible without an adequate increase in capacity in the working team. The company needs to create and fill 8 new jobs: 2 posts for an administrative officer, an economist/accountant’s post, a legal assistant post and 4 posts for lawyers. The project will be implemented through one main activity of the project Supporting the application of UoZ and Zuoz in the labour market. This activity will take place through 2 sub-activities: Search and selection of UoZ and Zuoz and Employment of UoZ and Zuoz with the possibility of using mentoring and tutoring activities. The project will be implemented between 08/2019 and 7/2022. The subject of this project is the acceptance and development of work skills of 8 people. The development of work skills will be implemented through mentoring. The aim of the project is to develop the working habits of people from the target group through employment. The target group of the proposed project is jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers. Implementation of the project will fulfil the following measurable ukazovatele:Dlhodobo unemployed 0Unemployed persons including long-term unemployed 8Persons with basic or lower secondary education 0Persons over 50 years of age 1Participants who are in employment at the time of departure, including self-employed 8The project will be implemented in Košice – the seat of the applicant’s company. Spoločnosť JUDr. Ivana Semanová, advokátka spol. s r.o. sa od roku 2014 venuje poskytovaniu právnych služieb. V súčasnosti má nedostatok personálnych kapacít, preto musí viaceré zákazky odmietať. Zároveň spoločnosť plánuje expandovať na nové trhy – nadviazať spoluprácu s realitnými kanceláriami, venovať sa medicínskemu právu, outsourcingu právnych služieb. Má záujem tiež na udržaní existujúcej spolupráce s Centrom bezplatnej právnej pomoci. Rozvoj spoločnosti nie je možný bez adekvátneho navýšenia kapacít v pracovnom tíme. Spoločnosť potrebuje vytvoriť a obsadiť 8 nových pracovných miest: 2 pracovné miesta pre administratívneho pracovníka, pracovné miesto ekonóma/účtovníka, pracovné miesto právneho asistenta a 4 pracovné miesta pre právnikov. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity projektu Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce. Táto aktivita sa uskutoční prostredníctvom 2 podaktivít: Vyhľadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ a Zamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s možnosťou využitia mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti. Projekt bude realizovaný v období od 08/2019 do 7/2022. Predmetom predkladaného projektu je prijatie a rozvoj pracovných zručností 8 osôb. Rozvoj pracovných zručností bude realizovaný prostredníctvom mentorskej činnosti. Cieľom projektu je rozvoj pracovných návykov osôb z cieľovej skupiny prostredníctvom zamestnania. Cieľovou skupinou predkladaného projektu sú uchádzači o zamestnanie a znevýhodnení uchádzači o zamestnanie. Realizáciou projektu budú naplnené nasledujúce merateľné ukazovatele:Dlhodobo nezamestnané osoby 0Nezamestnané osoby vrátane dlhodobo nezamestnaných 8Osoby so základným alebo nižším sekundárnym vzdelaním 0Osoby vo veku nad 50 rokov 1Účastníci, ktorí sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činní 8Projekt bude realizovaný v meste Košice – v sídle spoločnosti žiadateľa.
