The project will be implemented as part of the main activity “Providing care services”. The project will support 39 jobs of qualified carers working full-time and part-time. The implementation of the main activity will fulfil the main objective of the project. The main objective of the project “Supporting care services in Nitra” is to preserve the natural environment of the client, to provide a quality care service and thus to ensure quality life for citizens dependent on the help of another person and also to support the work of qualified caregivers. The project will be implemented for a period of 24 months. The place of implementation of the project is the city of Nitra. The applicant for NFA is the Management of Social Service Facilities – a contributory organisation. The target groups of the project are children (minors) and natural adults who are provided with social services – employees implementing social inclusion policies and measures in the public and non-public sector. Care services will be provided directly in clients’ homes. Measurable project indicators were established by the applicant on the basis of relevance to the main activity of the project and the conditions of the OPL. The results of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the project activities and quantified using measurable indicators. The realised project will result in the achievement of measurable project indicators: (a.)1 ESF-supported project aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and efficient public administration. b) the number of female carers’ jobs and the ability to absorb the number of clients into community-based measures. Through the financial instrument, the project will support 39 qualified carers working full-time and part-time workers – covering part of the wage costs:24 caregivers 100 % working time1 babysitter 97.34 % working2 carers 93.34 % of working time6 carers 86.67 % of carers’ work4 80 % of working time2 carers 65.34 % of working time The project improves access to more efficient and quality services. The project implements the principle of equality between men and women and non-discrimination. Projekt bude realizovaný v rámci hlavnej aktivity "Poskytovanie opatrovateľskej služby" . V rámci projektu bude podporených 39 pracovných miest kvalifikovaných opatrovateliek pracujúcich na plný a skrátený pracovný úväzok. Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity sa naplní hlavný cieľ projektu. Hlavným cieľom projektu "Podpora opatrovateľskej služby v meste Nitra" je zachovať prirodzené prostredie klienta, poskytovať kvalitnú opatrovateľskú službu a tak zabezpečiť kvalitný život pre občanov odkázaných na pomoc druhej osoby a zároveň podporiť prácu kvalifikovaných opatrovateliek. Projekt bude realizovaný počas doby 24 mesiacov. Miestom realizácie projektu je mesto Nitra. Žiadateľom o NFP je Správa zariadení sociálnych služieb – príspevková organizácia. Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú deti (maloleté osoby) a plnoleté fyzické osoby, ktorým sa poskytujú sociálne služby - zamestnanci vykonávajúci politiky a opatrenia v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia vo verejnom aj v neverejnom sektore. Opatrovateľská služba bude poskytovaná priamo v domácnostiach klientov. Merateľné ukazovatele projektu žiadateľ stanovil na základe relevancie k hlavnej aktivite projektu a podmienkam OPĽZ. Výsledky projektu budú dosiahnuté realizáciou aktivít projektu a kvantifikované prostredníctvom merateľných ukazovateľov. Výsledkom zrealizovaného projektu bude dosiahnutie merateľných ukazovateľov projektu: a.)1 projekt podporovaný z ESF zameraný na posilnenie inštitucionálnych kapacít a efektívnej verejnej správy. b.) počet pracovných miest opatrovateliek a schopnosť absorbovať počet klientov do opatrení vykonávaných na komunitnej úrovni. Projekt podporí prostredníctvom finančného nástroja – hradenia časti mzdových nákladov 39 kvalifikovaných opatrovateliek pracujúcich na plný a skrátený pracovný úväzok:24 opatrovateliek 100 % pracovný úväzok1 opatrovateľka 97,34 % pracovný úväzok2 opatrovateľky 93,34 % pracovný úväzok6 opatrovateliek 86,67 % pracovný úväzok4 opatrovateľky 80 % pracovný úväzok2 opatrovateľky 65,34 % pracovný úväzok Projekt zlepšuje prístup k efektívnejším a kvalitnejším službám. Projekt implementuje princíp rovnosti mužov a žien a nediskriminácie.
