The main objective of the NP Education MUOZ-2 is to promote the employability of MUOZs by preparing for TA by retraining, strengthening the key.competences, education and training for TA at the own initiative of MUOZ. The measures implemented through this NP will be implemented on the basis of the competences arising from the individual regulations, in particular No 453/2003 Coll. In the context of the NP, the AOTP will be implemented in the regions through the PSVR authorities pursuant to Section 54(1)(d) of Act No5/2004. Measures Nos 1 and 2 and Measure 3 pursuant to §46(7) of the Act on Services zam.  NP Education MUOZ-2 will also be implemented on the basis of the recommendation of the ER of 22.04.2013 on the establishment of a guarantee for ml. People (2013/C 120/01), according to which the member states should ensure that all ml. people under the age of 25 receive a quality offer of employment, further education, apprentices or internships within 4 months after the loss of employment or completion of formal education. The guarantee for ml. people will be provided under the title activity also for MUOZ from 25 to 29 years on the basis of the update from 04/2014, which was sent to the EC.The same AOTP started for the first time since July 2017 within the framework of the NP Education MUoZ.This is a continuation of the above mentioned NP.In the framework of the NP Education MUOZ-2, compared to the previous NP, more targeted support for specialising in IT courses is also foreseen.     Hlavným cieľom NP Vzdelávanie MUoZ-2 je podporiť zamestnateľnosť MUoZ prostredníctvom prípravy na TP formou rekvalifikácie,posilnením kľúč.kompetencií,vzdelávaním a prípravou pre TP z vlastnej iniciatívy MUoZ. Opatrenia realiz. prostredníctvom tohto NP budú vykonávané na základe kompetencií vyplývajúcich z osob.predpisov,a to najmä zák.č.453/2003 Z.z. V rámci NP sa bude v regiónoch prostredníctvom úradov PSVR implementovať AOTP podľa §54 ods.1 písm.d) zákona č.5/2004 Z.z. Opatrenie č.1 a č.2 a Opatrenie 3 podľa §46 ods.7 zák.o službách zam.  NP Vzdelávanie MUoZ–2 bude realizovaný aj na základe odporúčania ER z 22.04.2013 o zavedení záruky pre ml.ľudí (2013/C 120/01), podľa ktorého majú člen.štáty zabezpečiť,aby všetci ml.ľudia vo veku do 25 rok. dostali kvalitnú ponuku zamestnania, ďalšieho vzdelávania, učň.prípravy alebo stáže v lehote 4 mesiacov po strate zamestnania, alebo ukončení formál. vzdelania. Záruka pre ml. ľudí bude poskytovaná v rámci hlav.aktivity aj pre MUoZ od 25 do 29 rokov na základe aktualizácie z 04/2014, ktorá bola zaslaná EK.Rovnaké AOTP sa prvýkrát začali realizovať od júla 2017 v rámci NP Vzdelávanie MUoZ.Ide o pokračovanie uvedeného NP.V rámci NP Vzdelávanie MUoZ–2 sa v porovnaní s predchádzajúcim NP počíta aj s cielenejšou podporou smerovanou na špecializ.kurzy v oblasti IT.
