The aim of the project to build an integrated health care centre of NSK in Šali is the integration of primary health care in the Šaľa catchment area, which will contribute to increasing the number of doctors of primary contact to one contact point, improve patient management (by improving the service provided to clients at the one-stop shop), strengthen the importance of primary outpatient healthcare providers as the main managers of the patient. The project will be carried out in unused areas of the original polyclinic by reconstruction and modernisation, purchase of material and technical equipment of ambulances, medical and computer technology. In the CIZS, we expect the placement of general practitioners for adults, general practitioners for children and adolescents and gynecologists as first-contact doctors as well as subsequent health care specialists in the field of neurology, surgery and orthopedics. At the same time, the implementation of the project will reduce the operating costs of the building by insulation of external walls and roofs. The development of ICT infrastructure will make communication and cooperation between primary outpatient health care practitioners more effective, with the possible involvement of specialised outpatient health care providers. A social early intervention service will also be set up in the newly built premises, which will also create a suitable space for connecting primary and community-level social services for citizens. Cieľom projektu vybudovania Centra integrovanej zdravotnej starostlivosti NSK v Šali je integrácia primárnej zdravotnej starostlivosti v spádovej oblasti Šaľa, ktorá prispeje k zvýšeniu počtu lekárov primárneho kontaktu na jedno kontaktné miesto, zlepší manažment pacienta (zlepšením servisu poskytovaných služieb pre klientov na jednotnom kontaktnom mieste), posilní význam poskytovateľov primárnej ambulantnej zdravotnej starostlivosti ako hlavných manažérov pacienta. Projekt bude realizovaný v nevyužívaných priestoroch pôvodnej polikliniky a to ich rekonštrukciou a modernizáciou, nákupom materiálno-technického vybavenia ambulancií, zdravotníckej a výpočtovej techniky. V CIZS predpokladáme na začiatok umiestnenie všeobecného lekára pre dospelých, všeobecného lekára pre deti a dorast a gynekológa ako lekárov prvého kontaktu ako aj následnej zdravotnej starostlivosti špecialistami v odbore neurológia, chirurgia a ortopédia. Zároveň realizáciou projektu dôjde k zníženiu prevádzkových nákladov budovy zateplením vonkajších múrov a strechy. Vybudovaním IKT infraštruktúry sa zefektívni komunikácia a spolupráca lekárov primárnej ambulantnej zdravotnej starostlivosti za možnej účasti konziliárnej starostlivosti poskytovateľov špecializovanej ambulantnej zdravotnej starostlivosti. V novovybudovaných priestoroch bude zriadená tiež sociálna služba včasnej intervencie, ktorou tiež vytvoríme vhodný priestor pre prepájanie primárnej zdravotnej starostlivosti a sociálnych služieb na komunitnej úrovni pre občanov .
