The main objective of the project is to increase the financial literacy, employability and employment of marginalised communities by integrating marginalised Roma communities, in particular Roma, in line with the specific objective of the Operational Programme Human Resources 5.1.2 of Priority Axis 5. Focus: Increasing the financial literacy, employment and employability of people living in the CLLD environment, in particular Roma.The proposed project, through its main activity – Supporting the systematic provision of social and assistance services in municipalities with the presence of CLLD aimed at increasing the employability of people living in the CLLD environment – Supporting the comprehensive provision of local civil order services in municipalities with the presence of CLLD, will fulfil the following measurable indicators: the number of employees providing assistance services 4 and the number of employees from MRC providing assistance services 4.The main activity of the project is carried out in the municipality of the southern part of Central Slovakia in Biskupice with a population of 1 125, of which the number of MRK members in the municipality is 300, which represents 27 % of the total population. The target group of the project consists of members and residents of marginalised Roma communities and employees of state administration and self-government working with marginalised Roma communities. By successfully implementing the activities, the project will contribute to monitoring and ensuring security in the village, to the protection of public and private property, to the elimination of anti-social activities, to the monitoring and prevention of conflicts within the CLLD, the CLLD and the majority population, and overall to an increase in employment and living standards in the countryside in the village with the presence of CLLD.     Hlavným cieľom projektu je integráciou marginalizovaných rómskych komunít zvýšiť finančnú gramotnosť, zamestnateľnosť a zamestnanosť marginalizovaných komunít, predovšetkým Rómov v súlade so špecifickým cieľom Operačného programu ľudské zdroje 5.1.2 prioritnej osi 5. Zameranie: Zvýšenie finančnej gramotnosti, zamestnanosti a zamestnateľnosti ľudí žijúcich v prostredí MRK predovšetkým Rómov.Predkladaný projekt svojou hlavnou aktivitou - Podpora systematického poskytovania sociálnych a asistenčných služieb v obciach s prítomnosťou MRK zameraných na zvýšenie zamestnateľnosti ľudí žijúcich v prostredí MRK - Podpora komplexného poskytovania miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby v obciach s prítomnosťou MRK, naplní nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele : počet zamestnancov poskytujúcich asistenčné služby 4 a počet zamestnancov z MRK poskytujúcich asistenčné služby 4.Hlavná aktivita projektu sa realizuje v obci južnej časti Stredného Slovenska v Biskupiciach s počtom obyvateľov 1 125, z toho počet členov MRK v obci je 300, čo predstavuje 27% z celkového počtu obyvateľstva. Cieľovú skupinu projektu tvoria príslušníci a obyvatelia marginalizovaných rómskych komunít a zamestnanci / zamestnankyne štátnej správy a samosprávy pracujúcich s marginalizovanými rómskymi komunitami. Úspešnou realizáciou aktivít projekt prispeje k monitorovaniu a zabezpečeniu bezpečnosti v obci, k ochrane verejného a súkromného majetku, k eliminácii protispoločenskej činnosti, k monitorovaniu a predchádzaniu vzniku konfliktov v rámci MRK, MRK a väčšinového obyvateľstva a celkovo k zvýšeniu zamestnanosti a životnej úrovne na vidieku v obci s prítomnosťou MRK.
