The aim of the project is to streamline transport modelling activities and ensure relevant and optimal outputs in the quality required for efficient EU-funded transport infrastructure planning. The project will be implemented through two main activities. The first main activity is aimed at providing licensing support for PTV Visum, under which the Transport Model operates, for the period from 2017 until the end of 2023 (7 years), ensuring regular updates of the purchased software and preventing its degradation by stabilising only in the current version. The second main activity is aimed at providing an external expert on working with the Transport Model of the Slovak Republic for solving large-scale and time-consuming transport modelling tasks, since the Ministry of Transport is currently unable to cover this activity with its own staffing capacities with experience and knowledge of working with software for modelling and forecasting of transport PTV Visum. Measurable project indicators are the number of services provided in connection with the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the OP, which has been set at 7 and the number of evaluations, analyses and studies carried out, the value of which is set at 1. Cieľom projektu je zefektívniť činnosti dopravného modelovania a zabezpečiť relevantné a optimálne výstupy v kvalite požadovanej pre potreby efektívneho plánovania dopravnej infraštruktúry financovanej z prostriedkov EÚ.Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom dvoch hlavných aktivít. Prvá hlavná aktivita je zameraná na zabezpečenie licenčnej podpory softvéru PTV Visum, pod ktorým Dopravný model pracuje, na obdobie od roku 2017 až do konca roka 2023 (7 rokov), čím sa zabezpečí pravidelná aktualizácia zakúpeného softvéru a zabráni sa jeho znehodnoteniu formou stabilizovania len v aktuálnej verzii. Druhá hlavná aktivita je zameraná na zabezpečenie externého odborníka na prácu s Dopravným modelom SR pre riešenie rozsiahlych a časovo náročných úloh dopravného modelovania, keďže MDV SR nevie v súčasnosti pokryť túto činnosť vlastnými personálnymi kapacitami so skúsenosťami a znalosťami práce so softvérom pre modelovanie a prognózovanie dopravy PTV Visum. Merateľnými ukazovateľmi projektu je počet poskytnutých služieb v súvislosti s prípravou, implementáciou, monitorovaním a hodnotením OP, ktoré hodnota bola stanovená na 7 a počet zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a štúdií, ktorého hodnota je stanovená na 1.
