The aim of the project is to increase and maintain long-term jobs for carers, which will sustain the provision and support the development of the organisation’s care service and thus contribute to the specific objective of: the transition of institutional to community-based care. The main activity of the project is the provision of care services within the meaning of the Social Services Act. The target group is children (minors) and natural adults who are provided with social services and employees implementing social inclusion policies and measures in the public and non-public sectors. Supporting activities are project management, administration, publicity and awareness of the project. The place of implementation of the project is Trnavský kraj. Measurable indicators shall be the number of supported capacities of new, innovative services or measures at community, home, open or substitute level and the number of projects targeting public administrations or social services at national, regional and local level. The project will create a suitable environment for the preservation, restoration or development of the ability of natural persons dependent to help others and their families to lead an independent life. The implementation of the project will contribute to ensuring citizens’ right to care services. It will create conditions for clients to remain in the natural environment in the family and community. Cieľom projektu je zvýšenie a dlhodobé udržanie pracovných miest opatrovateliek, čo udrží poskytovanie a podporí rozvoj opatrovateľskej služby organizácie a takto prispeje k špecifickému cieľu: prechodu inštitucionálnej na komunitnú starostlivosť. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je poskytovanie opatrovateľskej služby v zmysle zákona o sociálnych službách. Cieľovou skupinou sú deti (maloleté osoby) a plnoleté fyzické osoby, ktorým sa poskytujú sociálne služby a zároveň zamestnanci vykonávajúci politiky a opatrenia v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia vo verejnom aj neverejnom sektore. Podpornými aktivitami sú riadenie, administrácia projektu, publicita a informovanosť o projekte. Miestom realizácie projektu je Trnavský kraj. Merateľnými ukazovateľmi sú počet podporovaných kapacít nových, inovatívnych služieb alebo opatrení na komunitnej úrovni, v domácom prostredí, otvorenom prostredí alebo náhradnom prostredí a počet projektov zameraných na verejné správy alebo sociálne služby na vnútroštátnej, regionálnej a miestnej úrovni. Projekt vytvorí vhodné prostredie pre zachovanie, obnovu alebo rozvoj schopnosti fyzických osôb odkázných na pomoc iných osôb a ich rodín viesť samostatný život. Realizácia projektu prispeje k zabezpečeniu práva občanov na poskytnutie opatrovateľskej služby. Klientom vytvorí podmienky pre zotrvanie v prirodzenom prostredí v rodine a komunite. Projekt bude realizovaný od novembra 2018 do decembra 2020. (Slovak)
