The main objective of the implemented project is to create and ensure the condition of independent and free life of citizens dependent on the help of the company, in a natural home environment through home care services. As part of the project, we plan to expand the social service of domestic care care in the region of Žilina self-governing region and employ 38 qualified caregivers on a full-time basis for 23 months. In view of the consequences of an ageing population, coupled with an increasing age and an increase in the number of older people in need of assistance and care, we consider it necessary to create conditions for the availability and sustainability of quality home care services. Implementation of the project will begin to fulfill the idea of providing a comprehensivecare service ŤZP to persons and dependent to help seniors in their home environment. The aim of fulfilling the project is to create the conditions for people dependent on social services not to be isolated from the family. Their social ties with relatives and the wider community have not broken, they have not been forced to live together in institutional care. By implementing this project, we want to ensure the achievement of the specific objective identified by the ‘Call of the POS’; .Transition from institutional to community-based care. Hlavným cieľom realizovaného projektu je vytvorenie a zabezpečenie podmienokna nezávislý a slobodný život občanov odkázaných na pomoc spoločnosti,v prirodzenom domácom prostredí prostredníctvom domácej opatrovateľskej služby.V rámci projektu plánujeme rozšíriť v regióne Žilinského samosprávneho kraja sociálnuslužbu domácej opatrovateľskej starostlivosti a zamestnať pre 38kvalifikovaných opatrovateliek na plný pracovný úväzok počas 23 mesiacov. Vzhľadomna dôsledky starnutia populácie spojené i s predlžujúcim sa vekom a nárastom počtustarších ľudí odkázaných na pomoc a starostlivosť, považujeme za potrebné vytváraťpodmienky pre dostupnosť a udržateľnosť kvalitnej domácej opatrovateľskejslužby. Realizáciou projektu sa začne napĺňať myšlienka poskytovania komplexnejopatrovateľskej služby ŤZP osobám a odkázaným na pomoc seniorom v ich domácom prostredí. Cieľomnaplnenia projektu je vytváranie podmienok, aby ľudia odkázaní na sociálne službyneboli izolovaní od rodiny. Nepretrhli sa ich sociálne väzby s príbuznými aširším spoločenstvom, neboli nútení k spoločnému žitiu v inštitucionálnej starostlivosti.Realizáciou tohto projektu chceme zabezpečiť dosiahnutie špecifického cieľa určeného"Výzvou POS"; .Prechod z inštitucionálnej na komunitnú starostlivosť.
