The municipality of Salt will implement the project entitled "Supporting care services in the municipality of Soľ. The aim of the project is to implement the transition from institutional to community-based care in accordance with the specific objective 4.2.1 of the OP HR. The aim of the project implementation is to solve problems with the provision of care services in order to prevent the placement of clients in facilities by supporting social work with clients in their natural environment. The main group of the project are:- children (minors) and adult natural persons to whom social services are provided – employees implementing policies and measures in the field of social inclusion in the public and non-public sectorThe local implementation of the project is the territory of the municipality of Salt in the district of Vranov nad Topľou. Most of the project activities and mostly used project results will be in the seat of the municipal office Salt 161, postal code 094 35. The main activity of the project is the provision of care services. Obec Soľ bude realizovať projekt s názvom Podpora opatrovateľskej služby v obci Soľ.Cieľom projektu je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 4.2.1 OP ĽZ realizácia prechodu z inštitucionálnej na komunitnú starostlivosť. Cieľom realizácie projektu je riešiť problémy s poskytovaním opatrovateľskej služby za účelom predchádzania umiestňovania klientov do zariadení podporou sociálnej práce s klientmi v ich prirodzenom prostredí.Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú:- deti (maloleté osoby) a plnoleté fyzické osoby, ktorým sa poskytujú sociálne služby- zamestnanci vykonávajúci politiky a opatrenia v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia vo verejnom aj v neverejnom sektoreMiestom realizácie projektu je územie obce Soľ v okrese Vranov nad Topľou. Prevažná časť aktivít projektu a prevažne využívané výsledky projektu budú v sídle obecného úradu Soľ 161, PSČ 094 35.Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je Poskytovanie opatrovateľskej služby.
