Brief description of the project: Within the town of Velky Kapušany, we want to support the construction of a community centre with maximum space requirements (the total usable area of the community centre = 245.08 m²). Objectives of the project: The aim of the project is to provide community services in the city with the help of the construction of a new community centre. The project activity is: Construction of KC Target group: Within the meaning of Act No 448/2008 of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, the target group of the community centre will be a natural person in an unfavourable social situation due to the persistence in a spatially segregated locality with the presence of concentrated and generically reproduced poverty (according to Section 2(2)(h), within the framework of Act No 448/2008 of the Slovak National Council, which defines this situation in Section 2(2) as “the threat of a natural person by social exclusion or the limitation of his or her ability to socially integrate and solve his/her problems independently”, which is a resident of the MRC without any difference in gender, age and religion, starting state of 1180 persons, 1250 final status. Place of implementation of the project: The place of implementation of the project is the town of Veľký Kapušany, parc. No. 218/1, 218/2, 275/2, Kat. Territory Veľké Kapušany. Stručný popis projektu: V rámci Mesta Veľké Kapušany chceme týmto projektom podporiť výstavbu komunitného centra s maximálnymi nárokmi na priestor (celková úžitková plochakomunitného centra = 245,08 m2). Ciele projektu: Cieľom projektu je s pomocou výstavby nového komunitného centra zabezpečiť komunitné služby v meste. Projektovou aktivitou je: Výstavba KC Cieľová skupina: Cieľovou skupinou komunitného centra bude v zmysle Zákona NR SR č. 448/2008 Z.z. fyzická osoba v nepriaznivej sociálnej situácii z dôvoduzotrvávania v priestorovo segregovanej lokalite s prítomnosťou koncentrovanej a generačne reprodukovanej chudoby (podľa § 2 ods. 2 písm. h), v rámci zákonaNR SR č. 448/2008 Z. z., ktorý vymedzuje v rámci § 2 ods. 2 túto situáciu ako „ohrozenie fyzickej osoby sociálnym vylúčením alebo obmedzenie jej schopností saspoločensky začleniť a samostatne riešiť svoje problémy“, čo je v rámci nášho projektu obyvateľ pochádzajúci z MRK bez rozdielu pohlavia, veku a náboženstva,východiskový stav 1180 osôb, konečný stav predpokladaný 1250 osôb. Miesto realizácie projektu: Miestom realizácie projektu je mesto Veľké Kapušany, parc. č. 218/1, 218/2, 275/2, kat. územie Veľké Kapušany. Merateľné ukazovatele projektu: Merateľnými ukazovateľmi projektu sú:Počet vybudovaných komunitných centier = 1 ks Počet vytvorených pracovných miest cielene pre MRK prostredníctvom uplatnenia sociálneho aspektu vo verejných obstarávaniach = 2 FTE (Slovak)
