Company K.M.O. Slovakia, s.r.o. was established in 1996. The company carries out its business activities in the area of the Industrial Park in Považská Bystrica. The production of the company is focused on custom engineering production, where it cooperates with many foreign companies. The technical condition of some of our machines is unsatisfactory, frequent service is needed. The machines achieve low production productivity, are not precise enough and we cannot ensure production with them, for the accuracy of more demanding segments. The manual operator system is also unsatisfactory. Today, more than 90 % of our production is dedicated to our foreign customers, 80 % of which is specifically to Germany. Foreign customers often ask us for types of products that we cannot produce on current machines. The subject of this project is the modernisation of the production process “drilling material”. The purchase of technology within the present project, the company decided to implement, after auditing the production processes and economic possibilities of the company. The subject of this project is the procurement of two horizontal drills. Firma K.M.O. Slovakia, s.r.o. bola založená v roku 1996. Spoločnosť svoje podnikateľské aktivity realizuje v areáli Priemyselného parku v Považskej Bystrici. Produkcia firmy je zameraná na zákazkovú strojársku výrobu, kde spolupracuje s mnohými zahraničnými spoločnosťami. Technický stav niektorých našich strojov je nevyhovujúci, je potrebný častý servis. Stroje dosahujú nízku produktivitu výroby, nie sú dostatočne presné a nedokážeme s nimi zabezpečiť výrobu, na presnosť náročnejších segmentov. Nevyhovujúci je aj systém manuálnej obsluhy. V súčasnosti viac ako 90 % našej produkcie je určenej pre našich zahraničných zákazníkov, z toho 80 % konkrétne do Nemecka. Zahraniční zákazníci často po nás žiadajú aj také typy výrobkov, ktoré na súčasných strojoch nevieme vyrobiť. Predmetom predkladaného projektu je modernizácia výrobného postupu "vyvŕtavanie materiálu". Nákup technológie v rámci predkladaného projektu, sa spoločnosť rozhodla realizovať, po audite výrobných procesov a ekonomických možností spoločnosti. Predmetom predkladaného projektu je obstaranie dvoch horizontálnych vyvŕtavačiek. Merateľné ukazovatele projektu budú jednoznačne dosiahnuté, ktoré tvrdenie nasledovne odôvodňujeme:Počet inovovaných procesov: 1Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty: 1Nárast zamestnanosti v podporených podnikoch: 6 (Slovak)
