The aim of the present project “Construction of infrastructure for non-motor transport in the city of Humenné” is to increase the attractiveness and transport capacity of non-motorised transport – cycling on the total number of passengers transported, through two main activities, which consist of the construction of a connecting cycle path from the old Valaškovský bridge to the cycling path at the dam near Laborec and the additional cycling infrastructure within which the location of cycling stands with roofing and cycling stands along the built and planned cycling pathway is addressed. The project will create conditions for better mobility of the city’s inhabitants by contributing to a sufficiently built and compact network of cycle paths in the city. It will also contribute to a change in the division of transport work in favour of more environmentally friendly modes of transport and to an increase in the share of cycling, thus lightening urban centres from a gradually increasing rate of caring and creating a positive environmental effect in terms of reducing air pollution, noise and vibration. The project is in line with the eligible activities, as it will be dedicated to infrastructure for non-motor transport and to promoting and increasing the attractiveness of cycling to the public. The present project will ensure that existing or planned cycling infrastructure is interconnected with the civil infrastructure, the industrial zone and the public passenger transport infrastructure. The project fully corresponds with the relevant transport strategy papers. Measurable indicators are: Length of new cycle roads = 0.2174 km; Number of additional cycling infrastructure elements created= 7. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Zámerom predkladaného projektu "Výstavba infraštruktúry pre nemotorovú dopravu na území mesta Humenné" je zvýšenie atraktivity a prepravnej kapacity nemotorovej dopravy - cyklistickej dopravy na celkovom počte prepravovaných osôb a to prostredníctvom dvoch hlavných aktivít, ktoré spočívajú vo výstavbe prepojovacieho cyklochodníka od starého Valaškovského mosta po cyklochodník na hrádzi pri Laborci a doplnkovej cyklistickej infraštruktúry v rámci ktorej sa rieši umiestnenie cyklostojanov s prestrešením a cyklostojanov pozdĺž vybudovaného a plánovaného cyklochodníka. Projekt vytvorí podmienky pre lepšiu mobilitu obyvateľov mesta tým, že prispeje k dostatočne vybudovanej a kompaktnej sieti cyklotrás v meste. Ďalej prispeje k zmene deľby prepravnej práce v prospech environmentálne priaznivejších módov dopravy a k zvýšeniu podielu využívania cyklistickej dopravy, čím odľahčí centrá miest od postupne narastajúcej miery automobilizácie a vytvorí pozitívny environmentálny efekt v podobe zníženia miery znečistenia ovzdušia, hluku a vibrácií. Projekt je v súlade s oprávnenými aktivitami, nakoľko sa bude venovať infraštruktúre pre nemotorovú dopravu a propagácii a zvyšovaniu atraktivity cyklistickej dopravy pre verejnosť. Predkladaným projektom sa zabezpečí prepojenosť existujúcej resp.plánovanej cyklistickej infraštruktúry s občianskou infraštruktúrou, priemyselnou zónou a infraštruktúru verejnej osobnej dopravy. Projekt plne korešponduje s príslušnými strategickými dokumentmi pre oblasť dopravy. Merateľnými ukazovateľmi sú: Dĺžka nových úsekov cyklistických komunikácií= 0,2174 km; Počet vytvorených prvkov doplnkovej cyklistickej infraštruktúry= 7. (Slovak)
