The aim of the project is to support the training of MRC members and thus increase their personal and social status. Implementation of the project is necessary, since education and its quality are the basic determinant influencing the application in the labour market.The main objective of the project is to support education in the conditions of the primary school Lajos Mocsáry with the language of instruction in Farska meadow in Fiľakovo, creating jobs for teaching assistants of the teacher. The specific objective of the project is to ensure equal access to quality education, improve the educational performance of pupils and support the development of their competences in primary school conditions and create an environment for mutual cooperation at the level of pupils, at the level of the teacher – pupil and at the level of the school – parent. The project is aimed at implementing activities aimed at the joint education of pupils with special educational needs and intact pupils, ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process, focusing on improving school success of pupils and developing cooperation with parents. The pedagogical teacher assistant cooperates with the teacher and pupils in teaching, he directs the work of pupils with special educational needs, contributes to the creation of mutual tolerance of the diverse needs of education, helps in preparation for teaching also within the school club, creates compensation aids and applies them to practice, consults parents and educators, assists in extracurricular activities, within methodological association and subject committees professionally advises teachers on the subject. The teacher’s pedagogical assistant is in direct contact with pupils, therefore he can accurately name the problems of the pupil, advise parents and teachers. It is an important element in creating an environment in which the diverse learning needs of each individual can be met without exception. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Cieľom projektu je podpora vzdelávania príslušníkov MRK a tým zvyšovanie ich osobnostného a sociálneho statusu. Realizácia projektu je potrebná, nakoľko vzdelanie a jeho kvalita sú základným determinantom ovplyvňujúcim uplatnenie sa na trhu práce.Hlavným cieľom projektu je podporiť vzdelávanie v podmienkach ZŠ Lajosa Mocsáryho s vyučovacím jazykom maďarským na Farskej lúke vo Fiľakove, vytvorením pracovných miest pre pedagogických asistentov učiteľa.Špecifickým cieľom projektu je zabezpečiť rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu, zlepšiť výchovno-vzdelávacie výsledky žiakov a podporiť rozvoj ich kompetencií v podmienkach základnej školy a vytvoriť prostredie pre vzájomnú spoluprácu na úrovni žiakov, na úrovni učiteľ - žiak a na úrovni škola - rodič.Projekt je zameraný na realizáciu aktivít smerujúcich k spoločnému vzdelávaniu žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami a intaktných žiakov, so zabezpečením rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, zameriavajúc sa na zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov a rozvíjaní spolupráce s rodičmi.Pedagogický asistent učiteľa spolupracuje s učiteľom a žiakmi na vyučovaní, usmerňuje prácu žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, prispieva k vytvoreniu vzájomnej tolerancie rôznorodých potrieb vzdelávania, pomáha pri príprave na vyučovanie aj v rámci školského klubu, vytvára kompenzačné pomôcky a aplikuje ich do praxe, konzultuje s rodičmi a pedagógmi, asistuje aj pri mimoškolských aktivitách, v rámci metodického združenia a predmetových komisií odborne radí učiteľom v danej problematike.Pedagogický asistent učiteľa je v priamom kontakte so žiakmi, preto vie presne pomenovať problémy žiaka, poradiť rodičom a učiteľom. Je dôležitým prvkom pri vytváraní prostredia, v ktorom je možné uspokojiť rôznorodé vzdelávacie potreby každého jedinca bez výnimky. (Slovak)
