Cieľom projektu je vytvorenie pozície sociálneho pedagóga, ktorý bude vykonávať odborné činnosti v rámci prevencie, intervencie, poskytovania poradenstva pre deti a žiakov základnej školy v Rabčiciach. Úlohou sociálneho pedagóga bude vykonávať aj tieto činnosti: - zabezpečuje sociálny servis pre žiakov, spolupracuje so všetkými subjektmi vo vzdelávacom prostredí (rodičia, odborní zamestnanci, prepojenie školy s poradenskými zariadeniami). Vypracuje akčný plán pre inklúzivné vzdelávanie, ktorý bude voľne dostupný na webovej stránke školy a môže byť pomôckou aj pre ďalšie ZŠ.Vytvorí metodiku sociálneho poradenstva pre základné školy. Sociálny pedagóg má v súčasnosti kľúčovú pozíciu na ZŠ, zásadne ovplyvňuje úspešné uplatnenie žiakov na trhu práce. (Slovak)
