The main objective of the project “Building a Cycle Route Colony – Samsung” is to increase the attractiveness of cycling by building a network of safe cycling routes and downstream infrastructure on the territory of Galanta. The application of eligible activities will contribute to increasing the share of cycling transport in the overall division of transport work in the city, in line with the basic vision of the National Strategy for the Development of Cycling and Cycling Tourism in SR55 and to reducing the overall air pollution by transport in the event of an increase in non-motor traffic on the overall division of transport work. Through individual measures and activities it will be possible to integrate cycling as a fully-fledged mode of transport in the framework of mobility in Galanta and its urban areas, to create an easily accessible and cost-effective urban transport network and to change the perception of cyclists not only in the context of sport or tourism. Hlavným cieľom projektu s názvom "Vybudovanie cyklotrasy Kolónia - Samsung" je zvýšenie atraktivity cyklistickej dopravy prostredníctvom vybudovania siete bezpečných cyklotrás a nadväzujúcej infraštruktúry na území mesta Galanta. Aplikáciou oprávnených aktivít sa prispeje k zvýšenie podielu cyklistickej dopravy na celkovej deľbe dopravnej práce v meste v súlade so základnou víziou Národnej stratégie rozvoja cyklistickej dopravy a cykloturistiky v SR55 a k zníženiu celkového znečistenia ovzdušia dopravou v prípade nárastu nemotorovej dopravy na celkovej deľbe prepravnej práce. Prostredníctvom jednotlivých opatrení a aktivít bude možné začleniť cyklistickú dopravu ako plnohodnotný spôsob prepravy v rámci mobility v meste Galanta a jeho mestských oblastiach, vytvoriť ľahko dostupnú a cenovo výhodnú sieť mestskej dopravy a zmeniť vnímanie cyklistov nielen v kontexte športového či turistického vyžitia (Slovak)
