The project is aimed at solving the innovation of the current production process of DIN-TECHNIK spol. s.r.o., which is engaged in the production and provision of services in the field of engineering. The project is proposed within the prospective area of specialisation RIS3 SK The evaluation of domestic raw material base, Automotive and Mechanical Engineering and Production and Processing of Iron and Steel. Through the main activity of the project – other innovative measures, the aim of the project will be fulfilled, i.e. innovation, which is defined by means of measurable indicators. Technology will contribute to the increasing quality of production, operation of production and reduction of total operating costs. The production process will be more time-efficient (reducing production time by 40 %) and more flexible in terms of responding to customers’ needs and expectations. The applicant will be able to immediately start the production of new types of current products with more precise gear after the introduction of the technology into production.The technology will have a positive impact on the environment. The machine does not produce any hazardous waste and its operation is economical and energy-intensive compared to outdated technologies. The implementation of the project will directly contribute to the creation of 2 jobs and increase the innovation of the company’s production processes. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt je zameraný na riešenie inovácie súčasného výrobného procesu spoločnosti DIN-TECHNIK spol. s.r.o.. ktorá sa zaoberá výrobou a poskytovaním služieb v oblasti strojárstva. Projekt je navrhovaný v rámci perspektívnej oblasti špecializácie RIS3 SK Zhodnocovanie domácej surovinovej základne, Automobilový priemysel a strojárstvo a Výroba a spracovanie železa a ocele.Prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity projektu - Ostatné inovačné opatrenia, bude naplnený cieľ projektu t.j. inovácia, ktorá je definovaná prostredníctvom merateľných ukazovateľov.Technológia prispeje k rastúcej kvalite produkcie, operatívnosti výroby a zníženiu celkových prevádzkových nákladov. Produkčný proces bude časovo efektívnejší (skrátenie času výroby o 40%) a flexibilnejší z pohľadu reakcie na potreby a očakávania zákazníkov. Žiadateľ bude po zavedení technológie do výroby schopný okamžite začať s výrobou nových typov súčasných výrobkov s presnejším ozubením.Technológia bude mať pozitívny dopad na životné prostredie. Stroj neprodukuje žiadne nebezpečné odpady a jeho prevádzka je v porovnaní so zastaranými technológiami ekonomická a nemej energeticky náročná.Realizácia projektu priamo prispeje k vytvoreniu 2 pracovných miest a k zvýšeniu inovatívnosti výrobných procesov spoločnosti.
