In the context of the implementation of the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure (OPII), there has been a need to monitor, evaluate and check the status of the preparation and implementation of projects under OPII. The aim of the project is to ensure effective preparation, management and implementation of transport infrastructure projects. The project Ensuring monitoring committees, coordination meetings and negotiations to support the implementation of OPII will be implemented through one main activity – the implementation of trainings, courses, seminars, coordination meetings and conferences, which is divided into 3 sub-activities: 1. Provision of monitoring committees, 2. Ensuring coordination meetings and conferences, 3. Provision of working lunches, training related to the implementation of OPs. The number of OP-related coordination meetings, conferences and seminars was selected as a measurable project indicator (number set at 40, assuming that 2 monitoring committees, 2 coordination meetings and 6 working lunches are planned annually). V súvislosti s implementáciou Operačného programu Integrovaná infraštruktúra (ďalej len „OPII“) vznikla potreba monitorovania, hodnotenia a kontroly stavu prípravy a realizácie projektov v rámci OPII. Cieľom projektu je zabezpečenie efektívnej prípravy, riadenia a implementácie projektov dopravnej infraštruktúry. Projekt Zabezpečenie monitorovacích výborov, koordinačných porád a rokovaní na podporu implementácie OPII sa bude realizovať prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity – realizácia školení, kurzov, seminárov, koordinačných porád a konferencií, ktorá sa delí na 3 podaktivity: 1. Zabezpečenie monitorovacích výborov, 2. Zabezpečenie koordinačných porád a konferencií, 3. Zabezpečenie pracovných obedov, školení súvisiacich s implementáciou OP. Za merateľný ukazovateľ projektu bol zvolený počet koordinačných porád, konferencií a seminárov súvisiacich s OP (počet stanovený na 40, za predpokladu, že sa ročne plánuje realizácia 2 monitorovacích výborov, 2 koordinačných porád a 6 pracovných obedov).
