Conscious of the diverse cultural heritage assets that fall within its portfolio, the Archdiocese of Malta has undertaken a cohesive plan which seeks to restore its cultural assets and conserve them for the enjoyment of future generations as well as to improve Malta's standing within the tourism sector. This project will seek to achieve the restoration of external structures of churches and chapels, restoration of artefacts, valorisation of religious historical artefacts and documentation as well as the creation of a heritage trail across Malta and undertaking of marketing initiatives.
