| Property / summary: Hlavným cieľom projektu je využitie nástroja Miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby (ďalej len „MOPS“) v meste Medzilaborce na posilnenie miestneho aktivizmu, na podporu komunitného rozvoja, na zníženie páchania protispoločenských konaní, na udržiavaní verejného poriadku a štandardnej kvality životného prostredia v lokalitách, v ktorých žijú obyvatelia marginalizovaných rómskych komunít.Čiastkové ciele projektu:a) zníženie páchania sociálno-patologických javov nielen v rizikových skupinách,b) zvyšovanie úrovne ochrany verejného poriadku a bezpečnosti v meste Medzilaborce,c) skvalitňovanie sociálneho dialógu medzi rómskym a nerómskym obyvateľstvom mesta Medzilaborce,d) zlepšenie komunikácie a spolupráce medzi Policajným zborom SR, samosprávou, štátnou správou, miestnym zdravotným strediskom, pomáhajúcimi profesiami (ako sú komunitní pracovníci, terénni sociálni pracovníci, asistenti učiteľa, komunitní pracovníci v oblasti zdravotnej výchovy) a obyvateľmi marginalizovaných rómskych komunít (ďalej len „MRK“),e) posilnenie primárnej a sekundárnej prevencie v oblasti páchania protispoločenskej a protiprávnej (nielen trestnej) činnosti,f) sprevádzanie detí do školy, spolupráca s rodičmi žiakov a zamestnancov školy pri riešení konkrétnych prípadov porušovania disciplíny v škole (napríklad záškoláctvo, porušovanie školského poriadku a pod.),g) poskytnutie asistencie rôznym inštitúciám v danej lokalite pri výkone ich činnosti priamo v komunite, ako napr. plynárenské, elektrárenské a vodárenské spoločnosti, Slovenská pošta, Policajný zbor SR, Záchranná zdravotná služba, Hasičský a záchranný zbor SR, pracovníci samosprávy a štátnej správy a pod.Hlavný cieľ projektu súvisí s globálnym cieľom OP ĽZ, so špecifickým cieľom 5.1.2 prioritnej osi 5, ktorým je Zvýšenie finančnej gramotnosti, zamestnateľnosti a zamestnanosti marginalizovaných komunít, predovšetkým Rómov a tematickým cieľom 9 a investičnou prioritou 5.1. | Property / summary: The main objective of the project is to use the Local Civil Order Service (MOPS) tool in Medzilaborce to strengthen local activism, to promote community development, to reduce the commission of antisocial proceedings, to maintain public order and standard quality of the environment in locations where residents of marginalised Roma communities live. Partial objectives of the project:(a) reduce the commission of socio-pathological phenomena not only in risk groups, B) increasing the level of protection of public order and security in the city of Medzilaborce,c) improving social dialogue between Roma and non-Roma people of the city of Medzilaborce, (d) improving communication and cooperation between the Slovak Police Force, the government, the state administration, the local health centre, assisting professions (such as community workers, field social workers, teachers’ assistants, community health professionals) and residents of marginalised Roma communities (hereinafter referred to as “MRCs”), e) strengthening primary and secondary prevention in the area of committing anti-social and unlawful (not only criminal) activities, (f) accompanying children to school, cooperating with parents of pupils and school staff in dealing with specific cases of violations of discipline in the school (e.g. schooling, violation of the school rules, etc.),(g) providing assistance to the various institutions in the locality in carrying out their activities directly in the community, such as gas; power and water companies, Slovak Post, Police Force of the Slovak Republic, Rescue Health Service, Fire and Rescue Corps of the Slovak Republic, employees of self-government and state administration, etc.The main objective of the project is related to the global objective of the OP HR, to specific objective 5.1.2 of Priority Axis 5, which is to increase financial literacy, employability and employment of marginalised communities, in particular Roma and thematic objective 9 and investment priority 5.1.
