| Property / summary: Predmetom realizácie projektu je vypracovanie strategického dokumentu „Stratégia udržateľného rozvoja dopravy mesta Prešov“, ktorý pozostáva z nasledujúcich častí resp. činností a to z projektového riadenia, posúdenia dostupnosti a kvality podkladov, dopravných prieskumov, dopravného modelovania, prognózy dopravnej situácie, analýzy, stanovenia trendu, identifikácie problémov, návrhov, rozboru previazanosti, maximalistického scenára, posudzovania vplyvov strategického dokumentu na životné prostredie (SEA) a z plánu implementácie. Cieľom stratégie je systematizovať problematiku dopravy vo vzťahu k súvisiacim právnym predpisom, vo vzťahu k aktuálnym celoštátnym, regionálnym a medzinárodným koncepciám rozvoja dopravy a k najnovším trendom s prihliadnutím na potreby a potenciál mesta Prešov. Dokument sa zameria na organizačnú a inštitucionálnu úroveň, prevádzku a infraštruktúru, a bude mať konkrétne zameranie na podporu verejnej dopravy a politiky riadenia mobility za účelom zlepšenia prístupnosti a environmentálnych podmienok súvisiacich s dopravou v meste Prešov.Projekt bude realizovaný v rámci jednej etapy a dvoch hlavných aktivít s názvami „Stratégia udržateľného rozvoja dopravy mesta Prešov“ a „Posudzovanie vplyvov na životné prostredie (SEA)“. Súčasne budú realizované podporné aktivity a to riadenie projektu a publicita. Realizácia hlavnej aktivity projektu je naplánovaná od 03/2017 do 05/2018. Miestom realizácie projektu je krajské mesto Prešov, ktoré má v súčasnosti 87 055 obyvateľov (k 31.10.2016). Merateľným ukazovateľom projektu je počet realizovaných dokumentácií, analýz, štúdií a správ v súvislosti s prípravou, implementáciou, monitorovaním a hodnotením projektu s cieľovou hodnotou 1. Celkové oprávnené výdavky projektu sú vo výške 794 819,51 EUR a z toho požadovaná výška NFP je 755 078,53 EUR. (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The subject of the project is the preparation of a strategic document “Strategy for the sustainable development of transport of the city of Prešov”, which consists of the following parts or activities, namely project management, assessment of the availability and quality of documents, transport surveys, transport modelling, forecasting of traffic situation, analysis, trending, identification of problems, proposals, analysis of interdependence, maximalist scenario, assessment of the effects of the strategic document on the environment (SEA) and the implementation plan. The aim of the strategy is to systematise transport issues in relation to related legislation, current national, regional and international concepts of transport development and the latest trends, taking into account the needs and potential of the city of Prešov. The document will focus on the organisational and institutional level, operation and infrastructure, and will have a specific focus on promoting public transport and mobility management policies in order to improve accessibility and environmental conditions related to transport in Prešov. The project will be implemented within one stage and two main activities with the titles “Strategy for the sustainable development of transport of the city of Prešov” and “Assessment of environmental impacts (SEA)”. At the same time, support activities will be carried out, namely project management and publicity. Implementation of the main activity of the project is planned from 03/2017 to 05/2018. The place of implementation of the project is the county town Prešov, which currently has 87 055 inhabitants (as at 31.10.2016). A measurable indicator of the project is the number of documentation, analyses, studies and reports carried out in connection with the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project with a target value of 1.
