    Předmětem projektu je zavedení principů a zásad age managementu dle zjištěných potřeb zaměstnanců s ohledem na strukturu zaměstnanců a vytvoření komplexního přístupu podpory, zlepšení jejich pracovních schopností, prodloužení pracovního života s ohledem na věk a zdraví, odstranění konfliktů mezi generacemi a podpora vedoucích pracovníků v rámci řízení věkově diverzitního kolektivu a zmírnit tak fluktuaci pracovníků ze zdravotních důvodů či odchodu do předčasného důchodu.
