| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je zvýenie zamestnanosti v popradskom regióne vytvorením 7 pracovných miest s dlhodobou perspektívou a ich obsadením osobami z radov UoZ a ZUoZ. Ciež projektu budeme napĺňa aktivitou "podpora uplatenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce", ktorá bude pozostáva z vyhžadávania a výberu UoZ a ZUoZ a samotné zamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s vyuitím mentorskej sluby (usmerňovanie, kontrola, motivácia zamestnancov). Ponúkame trvalú prácu pre 7 osôb bez ohžadu na ich národnú príslunos, vek, pohlavie a akýchkožvek iné diskriminačné kritériá. Realizácia projektu nám umoní prija 7 nových zamestnancov z ciežovej skupiny UoZ a ZUoZ (na pozíciách CNC operátor, 2 sústruníkov obrábačov kovov, zvárača, montánika, pomocnú silu, údrbára). V rámci realizácie projektu budeme napĺňa nasledovné ukazovatele:- dlhodobo nezamestnané osoby P0037 (1),- nezamestnané osoby vrátane dlhodobonezamestnaných P0097 (7),- osoby vo veku nad 50 rokov P0109 (1),- účastníci, ktorí sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činní P0638 (7) Pracovné miesta budú vytvorené v oboch naich výrobných prevádzkach - v Poprade a v Hranovnici. | Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase employment in the Poprad region by creating 7 jobs with a long-term perspective and filling them by UoZ and Zuoz people. The aim of the project will be to fulfil the activity of “supporting the use of UoZ and Zuoz on the labour market”, which will consist of seeking and selecting UoZ and Zuoz and employing UoZ and Zuoz with the use of mentoring services (guidance, control, motivation of employees). We offer permanent work for 7 people without prejudice to their national competence, age, gender and any other discriminatory criteria. The implementation of the project will allow us to receive 7 new employees from the target group UoZ and Zuoz (on the positions of CNC operator, 2 lathes of metal machining machines, welder, installer, auxiliary power, dredger). Within the implementation of the project we will meet the following indicators:- long-term unemployed persons P0037 (1),- unemployed persons including long-term unemployed P0097 (7),- persons over 50 years of age P0109 (1),- participants who are employed at the time of departure, including self-employed P0638 (7) Jobs will be created in both our production facilities – Poprad and Hranovnica.
