Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in stimularea participarii la educatie a 275 de prescolari si elevi, din judetele Dolj si Valcea, cu parinti plecati la munca in strainatate, prin masuri integrate de prevenire a abandonului scolar timpuriu si de asigurare a accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, primar si secundar de calitate, inclusiv la parcursuri de invatare nonformale si informale. Activitatile proiectului au un impact major si de lunga durata asupra grupului tinta al proiectului intrucat vizeaza furnzarea de ajutor copiilor ramasi singuri acasa, dar si parintilor sau persoanelor in grija carora au ramas copiii, astfel incat sa depaseasca aceasta perioada de criza, cat si implicarea copiiilor ai caror parinti sunt plecati la munca in strainatate in activitati care sa-i ajute sa traverseze mai usor perioada separarii de parintele plecat, urmarindu-se preventia aparitiei unor comportamente de risc. Solutiile integrate prevazute in cadrul proiectului pentru reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, primar si secundar (Prioritatea de investitii 10.i) se concretizeaza in: 1) Acordarea de suport educational si non-formal si de consiliere educationala si psihologica pentru 40 de prescolari cu parinti plecati la munca in strainatate (inclusiv persoane de etnie roma si/sau din mediul rural) prin masuri de preventie personalizate si adecvate varstei. Astfel, se urmareste implementarea unui program de tip workshopuri educationale si de digitalizare adresat tuturor prescolarilor din GT, a unui program de tip Gradinita interactiva pentru 20 de prescolari din GT, furnizarea de sesiuni de consiliere educationala si psihologica (copiii din grupa mare – vor fi pregatiti psihologic si emotional pentru intrarea in ciclul primar), implicarea tuturor prescolarilor in cadrul unui Centru de activitati recreative (participarea la ateliere, workshopuri artistice, vizite tematice, concursuri sportive, etc). Prin programul complex destinat celor 40 de prescolari, proiectul contribuie la realizarea Obiectivului specific 6.2. Cresterea participarii la innvatamantul ante-prescolar si prescolar, in special a grupurilor cu risc de parasire timpurie a scolii , cu accent pe copiii apartinand minoritatii roma si a celor din mediul rural. 2) Acordarea de suport educational, non-formal, consiliere educationala, vocationala si psihologica in randul a 235 de elevi cu parinti plecati la munca in strainatate (inclusiv persoane de etnie roma si/sau din mediul rural) prin masuri de preventie si remediale, personalizate si adecvate varstei. Astfel, se urmareste implementarea unui program de tip workshopuri educationale si de digitalizare adresat tuturor elevilor din GT, a unui program de tip Scoala dupa Scoala pentru 120 elevi din GT, a unui Program de meditatii pentru 20 de elevi de liceu, furnizarea de sesiuni de consiliere educationala si psihologica (pentru toti elevii), consiliere vocationala si orie (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to stimulate the participation in education of 275 preschoolers and students, from Dolj and Valcea counties, with parents leaving abroad, through integrated measures to prevent early school leaving and ensure equal access to quality preschool, primary and secondary education, including non-formal and informal learning pathways. The project activities have a major and long-lasting impact on the target group of the project as it aims to provide help to children who are left alone at home, but also to parents or persons whose children have remained, so as to overcome this period of crisis, as well as the involvement of children whose parents are gone to work abroad in activities that help them to cross the period of separation from the departed parent more easily, with the aim of preventing the emergence of risky behaviors. The integrated solutions provided in the project to reduce and prevent early school leaving and promote equal access to preschool, primary and secondary education (Investment Priority 10.i) materialise in: 1) Providing educational and non-formal support and educational and psychological counseling for 40 preschoolers with parents gone to work abroad (including Roma and/or rural people) through personalised and age-appropriate preventive measures. Thus, the aim is to implement a program such as educational and digitisation workshops addressed to all preschoolers in GT, an interactive kindergarten program for 20 preschools from GT, providing educational and psychological counseling sessions (children of the large group – will be psychologically and emotionally prepared for entering the primary cycle), the involvement of all preschools within a Centre for recreational activities (participation in workshops, artistic workshops, thematic visits, sports competitions, etc.). Through the complex program for the 40 preschoolers, the project contributes to the achievement of Specific Objective 6.2. Increasing participation in pre-school and preschool education, especially groups at risk of early school leaving, with a focus on children belonging to the Roma minority and those from rural areas. 2) The provision of educational, non-formal support, educational, vocational and psychological counselling among 235 pupils with parents gone to work abroad (including Roma and/or rural persons) through preventive and remedial measures, personalised and age-appropriate. Thus, the aim is to implement a program such as educational and digitisation workshops addressed to all students in GT, a program such as School after School for 120 students in GT, a meditation program for 20 high school students, providing educational and psychological counseling sessions (for all students), vocational counseling and hours (English)
