| Property / summary: Hlavným ciežom projektu "Nízkouhlíková stratégia Trnavskej upy" je vypracovanie regionálnej nízkouhlíkovej stratégie pre Trnavský samosprávny kraj (TTSK) a jej súčastí ako výstupného dokumentu projektu. Realizáciou projektu TTSK získa kvalitne vypracovaný ucelený strategický dokument, ktorý definuje aktivity TTSK zamerané na zniovanie emisií CO2 do roku 2030. Súčasou vypracovania dokumentu bude aj získavanie a spracovanie podkladov, pecifických údajov a doplnkových analýz. Dokument bude prioritne zameraný na nízkouhlíkové opatrenia najmä na energetickú efektívnos, vyuívanie OZE s ohžadom na ochranu ivotného prostredia, najmä v súvislosti s produkciou emisií skleníkových plynov a emisií znečisujúcich látok do ovzduia. V dokumente budú rozpracované aj monosti vyuitia Smart City komponentov, hlavne v oblasti energia a ivotné prostredie, mobilita a budovy. Predkladaný projekt bude tvorený prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity s názvom Vypracovanie a implementácia nízkouhlíkových stratégií pre vetky typy území, najmä pre mestské oblasti a podporných aktivít (Riadenie projektu a Informovanie a komunikácia). Predmetom strategického dokumentu budú vetky objekty v zriaďovatežskej pôsobnosti Trnavského samosprávneho kraja, organizácie TTSK a ich budovy, rovnako aj vozový park, prislúchajúci TTSK, zariadeniam a organizáciám TTSK. Plánovaný začiatok realizácie projektu je nastavený na 04/2019, pričom celková dĺka realizácie projektu bude 18 mesiacov. | Property / summary: The main objective of the project “Low Carbon Strategy of Trnavska upy” is to develop a regional low-carbon strategy for the Trnava Self-Governing Region (TTSK) and its components as an output document of the project. By implementing the TTSK project, the TTSK will receive a well-developed comprehensive strategic document defining the activities of the TTSK aimed at reducing CO2 emissions by 2030. At the time of drafting the document will also be the collection and processing of documents, specific data and complementary analyses. The document will focus as a priority on low-carbon measures, in particular on energy efficiency, the use of RES with a view to protecting the environment, in particular in relation to greenhouse gas emissions and emissions of pollutants into the air. The document will also elaborate on the possibilities of using Smart City components, especially in the fields of energy and environment, mobility and buildings. The present project will consist of one main activity called "Developing and Implementing Low Carbon Strategies for All Types of Territory, in particular for Urban Areas and Support Activities (Project Management and Information and Communication). The subject of the strategic document will be all buildings in the establishment of Trnava self-governing region, the organisation of TTSK and their buildings, as well as the fleet belonging to TTSK, facilities and organisations of the TTSK. The planned start of the implementation of the project is set for 04/2019, with the total length of the implementation of the project being 18 months.
