| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je čiastočná deintitucionlizácia Detského domova Holíč zameraná na vytvorenie podmienok pre zabezpečovanie náhradného prostredia na komunitnej úrovni vyplývajúca z Koncepcie zabezpečovania výkonu súdnych rozhodnutí v zariadeniach sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately detí na roky 2016 2020, Plánu transformácie a deintitucionalizácie náhradnej starostlivosti (máj 2017) schválenej ministrom PSVR.Realizáciou projektu dôjde k presahovaniu 2 samostatných skupín v počte 18 klientov do novovybudovaných samostatne stojacich rodinných domov (RD) a 1 skupiny mladých dospelých (MD) v počte 4 klienti do nakúpených bytov. Kapacita kmeňovej budovy sa zníi o 22 klientov. Zabezpečí sa náhradné prostredie na komunitnej úrovni, vytvoria sa podmienky na integráciu do spoločnosti, individuálny prístup k deom a MD. Staroslivos o deti v RD a MD v bytoch sa bude viac pribliova chodu v benej rodine, zvýi sa úroveň prípravy na postupné osamostatnenie detí a úplné osamostatnenie MD. Nové priestory vytvoria lepie podmienky pre prácu s demi umiestnenými do DeD na základe súdneho rozhodnutia, s prof. rodinami a pre prácu s biologickou a náhradnou rodinou.V rámci projektu budú realizované hl. aktivity Výstavba 2 RD vrátane Stavebného dozoru, Nákup 2 bytov, Nákup os. automobilu, podporné aktivity Interný manament, Publicita a informovanos a VO.Oba navrhované RD budú samostatne stojace, s vlastným súpisným číslom, samostatným vchodom a oplotením v zastavanom území obce, čo je podmienkou úspenej integrácie detí do miestnych komunít.Meratežnými ukazovatežmi projektu budú kapacita podporených zariadení výkonu opatrení sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately v počte 22 pobytových miest v novopostavených RD a nakúpených 2 bytoch, počet podporených zariadení výkonu opatrení sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately v počte 1, počet nových verejných budov v počte 2 a podlahová plocha nových verejných budov v celkovej výmere 335,2204 m2. | Property / summary: The aim of the project is the partial deintitation of the Holíč Children’s Home aimed at creating the conditions for the provision of a replacement environment at community level resulting from the Conception of ensuring enforcement of judicial decisions in institutions of social legal protection of children and social guardianship of children for the years 2016 2020, the plan for the transformation and de-institutionalisation of replacement care (May 2017) approved by the Minister of the PSVR. The implementation of the project will exceed 2 separate groups of 18 clients in the newly built single-standing family houses (RD) and 1 group of young adults (MD) in the number of 4 clients in purchased apartments. The capacity of the trunk building will be reduced by 22 clients. A community-based alternative environment will be provided, conditions for integration into society, individual approach to villages and MD will be created. Staroslivos for children in RD and MD in flats will be more approached to running in a common family, the level of preparation for the gradual separation of children and full independence of MD will be increased. The new premises will create better conditions for working with villages located in DeD on the basis of a court decision, with prof. families and for work with biological and replacement family.In the project will be carried out hl. activities Construction of 2 FD, including Building supervision, Purchase of 2 flats, Purchase of a car axis, support activities Internal management, Publicity and information and VO.Both proposed RD will be detached, with its own inventory number, separate entrance and fencing in the built-up area of the village, which is a condition for the successful integration of children into local communities.The measurement indicators of the project will be the capacity of the supported facilities for the implementation of measures of social legal protection of children and social guardianship in the number of 22 residential places in the newly built RD and purchased 2 apartments, the number of supported facilities for the implementation of measures of social legal protection of children and social guardianship in the number of 1, the number of new public buildings in the number of 2 and the floor area of new public buildings in the total area of 335,2204 m².
