| Property / summary: Zámerom projektu je poskytova nové odborné činnosti za účelom predchádzania závislosti od návykových látok a návykových kodlivých činností s komplexným prístupom pre závislé osoby a pre ich rodinných prísluníkov a overenie novovzniknutej sociálnej sluby. Ciež projektu - overi funkčnos novovzniknutej sociálnej sluby nízkoprahového charakteru, ktorá sa bude orientova na problematiku rieenia syndrómu závislosti jednotlivcov a spoluzávislosti rodiny na celkovom počte 60 osôb po dobu 18 mesiacov.Projekt bude realizovaný v meste a v okrese Prievidza.Počas projektu sa prostredníctvom vyhžadávacej činnosti a terénnej formy NSSDR zameriame na ohrozenú ciežovú skupinu v okrese Prievidza. Zriadime a sprevádzkujeme centrum NSSDR pre ciežovú skupinu, v ktorom budeme poskytova základné a pecializované sociálne poradenstvo, pomoc pri uplatňovaní práv a právom chránených záujmov, sociálnu rehabilitáciu a preventívne aktivity. Poskytované sociálne sluby:- sociálne poradenstvo so zameraním na sociálnu podporu rizikovej skupiny závislých detí, mládee a dospelých a ich rodinných prísluníkov,- podpora začlenenia do spoločnosti pre rizikovú skupinu závislých detí, mládee a dospelých a ich rodinných prísluníkov ohrozených sociálnym vylúčením, - zriadenie a fungovanie svojpomocných skupín,- sociálna rehabilitácia,- zriadenie pravidelnej online poradne - poskytovanie sociálneho poradenstva cez on-line technológie v lokalite Prievidzka,- sprostredkovanie dopĺňania potrebnej kvalifikácie a finančnej gramotnosti klientov a ich rodinných prísluníkov,- kariérne poradenstvo pre klientov a ich rodinných prísluníkov,- vytvorenie klubu zariadenia a klubové aktivity zamerané na záujmovú činnos.Ide o podstatný návrh inovatívneho charakteru v oblasti rieenia sociálneho vylúčenia ciežových skupín a zvýenia účasti ciežových skupín na ich sociálnom začlenení. | Property / summary: The aim of the project is to provide new professional activities in order to prevent addiction and addictive activities with a comprehensive approach for dependent persons and their family members and verification of newly created social services. The aim of the project – to verify the functionality of the newly created social service of low-threshold character, which will focus on the problem of solving the syndrome of dependence of individuals and co-dependence of the family on a total of 60 persons for 18 months. The project will be implemented in the city and in the district of Prievidza. During the project we will focus on the endangered target group in the Prievidza district through the search activities and the field form of the NSSDR. We will set up and operate the NSSDR centre for the target group, in which we will provide basic and specialised social counselling, assistance in the exercise of rights and legally protected interests, social rehabilitation and preventive activities. Social services provided:- social counselling with a focus on social support for the risk group of dependent children, youth and adults and their family members,- support for inclusion in society for the risk group of dependent children, youth and adults and their family members at risk of social exclusion, – the establishment and functioning of self-help groups,- social rehabilitation,- establishment of regular online counselling – providing social counselling through online technologies in Prievidzka, – mediation of completing the necessary qualifications and financial literacy of clients and their family members,- career counselling for clients and their family members,- the creation of a club facility and club activities focused on interest.This is a substantial proposal of an innovative nature in the field of addressing social exclusion of target groups and increasing the participation of target groups in their social inclusion.
