| Property / summary: Stručný popis projektu:Podiel plastikárskeho priemyslu rastie. Tento druh priemyslu má v dnenej dobe stále dôleitejiu úlohu v rámci slovenskej ekonomiky. Takmer vade dochádza krozirovaniu vyuitežnosti plastov v priemyselných odvetviach: stavebníctvo, strojárenstvo, požnohospodárstvo a pod.Vývoj a výroba elektrických svetelných lámp UV-A lapačov lietajúceho hmyzu. Firma DE-SK,s.r.o. za pomoci subdodávok iných výrobcov od r.2014 v malýchsériách vyrába, sama zmontuje a predáva elektrické svetelné lampy UV-A lapače lietajúceho hmyzu. Výrobok bol posudzovaný podža &12ods.3 písm.b) zákon č.264/1999 Z.z. v znení neskorích predpisov a je v zhode s uvedenými technickými poiadavkami vládnych nariadení a zákonov. Vzniklo to z poiadavky trhuv oblasti regulácia ivočínych kodcov .Firma v tejto činnosti sluieb pôsobí od r.2010.Firma sa bude usilova o produkovanie výrobkov podža poiadaviek jednotlivých zákazníkov. Na začiatku hlavne bude zameraná na výrobu elektrických lámp a UVA lapačov lietajúceho hmyzu. Predstavuje to obrovskú kálu rôznych typov týchto produktov. V dnenej dobe iadna firma na Slovensku sa neuberá týmtosmerom čo povaujeme za výhodu. Spoločnos bude uplatňova proces trvalého zlepovania sa a bude sledova výrobné aj nevýrobné procesy pomocoumoderných metód riadenia. Budeme vyuíva metódy, prostriedky a postupy, ktoré vedú k zniovaniu negatívnych dopadov na ivotné prostredie ako aj naobyvatežstvo.Firma sa rozhodla vytvori samostatnú prevádzku v prenajatých priestoroch ul.13.januára 1,Poltár.Rozloha výrobnej plochy je 150m2.Zmluva o nájme je podpísanána dobu neurčitú s monosou rozirovania prevádzky. Priestor postačuje na umiestnenie výrobného zariadenia ako aj na prísluné periférie a montány pult.Stroj na spracovanie plastového granulátu-vstrekolisTyp vstrekovacieho lisu horizontálny hydraulický s uzatváracou silou min. 5000 a 8000KNm a vstrekovacím tlakom 1500-2000 bar, hmotnos lisu cca 40 ton,odhadované rozmery sú dĺka 10-12 m, výka cca 2,5m. Na pohon lisu a prísluenstva je pouitá výlučne elektrická energia. Regulátor teplých vtokovzabezpečuje stabilnú teplotu pri výstreku. Odformovacia teplota v strede výstreku je max 200 oC . Čo je ideálnym spôsobom vytvorený pre ekonomicky výhodnúvýrobu s najvyími nárokmi.V prvom roku po intalácií technológie sa výroba začne na jednozmennú prevádzku s počtom osôb 2 vo výrobe a 2 v administratíve.V druhom roku plánujeme zvýi trby o 60%, v treom o 40% čím dôjde k prechodu na dvojzmennú prevádzku s počtom osôb 4 vo výrobe 3 v administratíve. Vďalom období a do roku 2024 plánujeme rast trieb na úrovni minimálne 5% bez zvyovania počtu zamestnancov. Od roku 2025 plánujeme rast trieb 2%. (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: Brief description: The plastics industry is growing. This kind of industry still plays an important role in the Slovak economy today. Almost voids are spreading the use of plastics in industrial sectors: construction, engineering, agriculture, etc.Development and production of electric light lamps UV-A flaps of flying insects. De-SK, s.r.o., with the help of subcontracting of other manufacturers since 2014 in small series, produces, assembles and sells electric light lamps UV-A flaps of flying insects. The product has been assessed under the terms &12(3)b) of Act No 264/1999 Coll., as amended by late regulations, and complies with the technical requirements of government regulations and laws mentioned above. This resulted from the requirement of the market in the regulation of animal leaders.Firma in this service activity has been operating since 2010.Firma will be trying to produce products under the requirements of individual customers. At the beginning it will mainly focus on the production of electric lamps and UVA flaps of flying insects. It represents a huge variety of different types of these products. Today, any company in Slovakia is not going in this direction, which we consider to be an advantage. The company will apply the process of continuous improvement and follow production and non-production processes using modern management methods. We will use methods, means and procedures that lead to the reduction of negative impacts on the environment as well as oobyvatežstvo.Firma decided to create a separate operation in leased premises ul.13.January 1,Poltár.The area of production area is 150 m².The lease agreement is signed indefinitely with the monoscope of operation. Space is sufficient for the location of the production facility as well as for the corresponding peripherals and Montány counter.The machine for processing plastic granulate-injectionolisType of injection press horizontal hydraulic with closing force min. 5000 and 8000KNm and injection pressure 1500-2000 bar, press weight approx. 40 tons, estimated dimensions are 10-12 m, height approx. 2.5 m. Only electricity is used to drive the press and accessories. The hot flow controller ensures a stable discharge temperature. The deflection temperature in the centre of the injection is max. 200 °C. In the first year after the installation of the technology, production will start to one-shift operation with 2 persons in production and 2 in the administration. In the second year we plan to increase the troughs by 60 %, in the third by 40 %, which will change to two-shift operation with 4 persons in production 3 in the administration. In the next period and until 2024, we plan to grow the Trieb at a level of at least 5 % without increasing the number of employees. From 2025 onwards, we plan to grow the Trieb 2 %.
