Property / summary: Územie v ktorom iadatež pôsobí, je z pohžadu základných socio -ekonomických ukazovatežov dlhodobo charakterizované ako menej rozvinuté. Dôvodom sú známe skutočnosti vyplývajúce z transformácie spoločenského a hospodárskeho prostredia ku ktorým sa v poslednom období pridruujú nové mnohé negatívne prejavy. Jedným z nich je dramatický pokles tvorby nových pracovných miest, nízka úroveň priemerných miezd, slabá úroveň a schopnos udratežnosti existujúcich pracovných pozícií. Okrem príčin objektívneho charakteru je tento stav čiastočne vyvolaný aj individuálnymi pohnútkami často subjektívneho pôvodu. Mnostvo jedincov reprezentujúcich ciežové skupiny ma nízku trhovú absorpčnú schopnos a to buď v dôsledku absencie ich odborných profesií alebo nízkej miery adaptability na meniacu sa truktúru a následnu ponuku vznikajúcich pozícií. Predloený projekt riei tento potenciál prostredníctvom implementácie komplexného edukačného programu s názvom RE-EDUC zameraného na analýzu vzdelávacích potrieb, vypracovanie vzdelávacích programov a následnú realizáciu pilotných vzdelávacích kurzov. Bezprostredným dopadom takto realizovaného projektu bude zlepenie pozícií ciežových skupín (mladí do 25 r.; starí žudia, zamestnanci, SZČO a osoby zúčastnené na CV) z hžadiska posilenenia ich kžúčových kompetencií. Property / summary: The territory in which it operates has long been characterised as less developed by basic socio-economic indicators. This is due to the well-known realities resulting from the transformation of the social and economic environment, to which many new negative manifestations have recently taken place. One of these is the dramatic decline in job creation, low levels of average wages, weak levels and the ability to retain existing jobs. In addition to the causes of the objective nature, this condition is partly due to individual motives of often subjective origin. The number of individuals representing target groups has a low market absorption ability, either due to the absence of their professional professions or a low degree of adaptability to changing structures and the subsequent supply of emerging positions. The submitted project addresses this potential through the implementation of a comprehensive educational programme called RE-EDUC focused on the analysis of educational needs, the development of educational programmes and the subsequent implementation of pilot training courses. The immediate impact of the project thus implemented will be to improve the positions of the target groups (young up to 25 years; old people, employees, self-employed and persons participating in the CV) from the demand for reinforcement of their key competences.
