Το έργο στοχεύει στην υποστήριξη ομάδων του πληθυσμού που πλήττονται ή απειλούνται από τη φτώχεια και τον κοινωνικό αποκλεισμό μέσω ενός πλέγματος παροχής κοινωνικών υπηρεσιών στο Δήμο Νίκαιας- Αγ. Ι. Ρέντη. Ειδικότερα στοχεύει: - στην ενδυνάμωση και κοινωνική ενσωμάτωση των ευπαθών κοινωνικά ομάδων και ειδικότερα των αστέγων και των ευρισκόμενων σε κατάσταση φτώχειας ατόμων μέσα από ενέργειες ψυχοκοινωνικής υποστήριξης και πληροφόρησης, οι οποίες θα παρέχονται από τις Κοινωνικές Δομές που θα λειτουργήσουν στο πλαίσιο του έργου. - στην αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου της φτώχειας και του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού για μεγάλο μέρος του πληθυσμού που έχει πληγεί από την οικονομική κρίση. The project aims to support groups of the population affected or threatened by poverty and social exclusion through a network of social services in the Municipality of Nikaia- Agios I.Rentis. In particular, it aims at: The strengthening and social integration of vulnerable social groups, especially the homeless and the poor, through actions of psychosocial support and information, which will be provided by the Social Structures that will operate within the framework of the project. Tackling the phenomenon of poverty and social exclusion for a large part of the population affected by the economic crisis. (English)
