| Property / summary: Hlavným ciežom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepi tudijné výsledky iakov ohrozených kolským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Predkladaný projekt priamo nadväzuje na pecifický ciež:1.1.1 Zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. Na potreby ciežovej skupiny budú reagova aktivity, ktoré prispievajú k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacímí potrebami a iakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príleitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. S ohžadom na pecifický ciež OP boli zvolené aj hlavné aktivity:1, vytvorenie 2 plných pracovných miest na pozíciu pedagogický asistent2, vytvorenie 1 plného pracovného miesta na pozíciu peciálny pedagóg a 0,5 pracovného úvazku na pozíciu sociálny pedagóg. Vetky pracovné pozície budú zamestnané od 1.1 2018 na pracovnú zmluvu. Prvá aktivita projektu je zameraná na prácu pedagogického asistenta: Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom činnosti pedagogického asistenta bude zameraná načinnos pedagogického asistenta zamestnaného na plný úväzok primárne pre iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, ktorí pochádzajú zosociálne znevýhodneného prostredia prevane z marginalizovaných rómskych komunít. Druhá hlavná aktivita: Činnos peciálneho pedagóga v naej kole bude realizovaná v priestoroch iadateža, v ktorej bude môc pracova so iakmi so VVP. peciálny pedagóg sa bude podieža na tvorbe IVVP a bude zabezpečova ich aplikáciu do praxe, bude komunikova s CPPaP, konzultova problémy naich iakov, zabezpečova ich návtevy v poradni. Druhej aktivita projektu je zameraná aj na činnos sociálneho pedagóga. Ten vykonáva odborné činnosti v rámci prevencie, intervencie a poskytovaniaporadenstvanajmä pre iakov ohrozených sociálno-patologickými javmi, zo sociálne znevýhodneného prostredia, podpory prosociálneho, etickéhosprávania,sociálnopedagogickej diagnostiky prostredia a vzahov, sociálnopedagogického poradenstva, prevencie sociálnopatologickýchjavov a reedukácie správania. Ciežom a výstupom aktivity asistenta učiteža budú činnosti vedúce k zabezpečeniu rovnosti príleitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. Ciežom a výstupom druhej hlavnej aktivity bude zlepenie kolských výsledkov, ktoré sa budú po ukončení programu overova známkovaním iakov. (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The main objective of the project is to misunderstand the results of students at risk of school failure through newly created jobs due to problems in learning, behaviour or health problems. The present project is directly linked to the specific ciež:1.1.1 increase in inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and poorer outcomes and competences of children and students. The needs of the target group will be to respond to activities that contribute to equalising the disadvantage of pupils with special educational needs and students and ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process. With regard to the specific objectives of the OP, the main activities were also selected:1, the creation of 2 full posts per teaching assistant2, the creation of 1 full post per special pedagogue and 0.5 job allowance for the position of social educator. All jobs will be employed as of 1.1.2018 per contract. The first activity of the project is focused on the work of a pedagogical assistant: Support for inclusion through the activity of a pedagogical assistant will focus on the activity of a full-time pedagogical assistant primarily for pupils with special educational needs who come from socially disadvantaged backgrounds predominantly from marginalised Roma communities. Second main activity: The activity of the special pedagogue in our round will be carried out in the premises of the requester, where he can work with others with the VVP. Special pedagogue will take part in the creation of IVVP and will ensure their application in practice, will communicate with CPPaP, consult the problems of our students, secure their visits in counseling. The second activity of the project is also focused on the activity of social educator. He shall carry out professional activities in the context of prevention, intervention and provision of advice, especially for those at risk of socio-pathological phenomena, from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, the promotion of pro-social, ethical behaviour, the socio-edagogical diagnosis of the environment and relations, social pedagogical counselling, the prevention of sociopathological phenomena and reeducation of behaviour. The aim and output of the teaching assistant’s activity will be activities leading to ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process.
