Predmetom projektu je zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy ZUŠ Stará źubovňa. Hlavným účelom riešenia projektu je zateplenie obvodového pl᚝a, stropu, ostení okien a balkónových dverí, parapetov okien, výmena okien a dverí, čím sa vylepšia tepelno - technické parametre stavebných konštrukcií, odstránia poruchy vyvolané tepelnými mostami, ako aj zlepší celková estetizácia budovy. Okrem týchto stavebných úprav sa na základe výsledku energetického auditu uskutoční aj modernizácia osvetlenia a vykurovacieho systému.Po ukončení realizácie projektu bude budova ZUŠ Stará źubovňa spĺňa hornú hranicu energetickej triedy B pre všetky miesta spotreby energie nachádzajúce sa v budove (vykurovanie, príprava teplej vody, vetranie a chladenie, osvetlenie). Z hžadiska naplnenia globálneho ukazovateža bude budova zatriedená do energetickej triedy A1. Realizáciou všetkých navrhovaných opatrení je možné dosiahnu celkovú úsporu 81,57 % ročnej potreby energie. (Slovak)

The object of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of the ZU Stará źubovňa building. The main purpose of the solution of the project is the insulation of the perimeter beach, ceiling, lining of windows and balcony doors, window sills, replacement of windows and doors, thereby improving the thermal – technical parameters of construction construction, eliminating faults caused by thermal bridges, as well as poor overall aesthetisation of the building. In addition to these building modifications, on the basis of the result of the energy audit, the modernisation of lighting and heating system will be carried out.After the completion of the project, ZU Stará źubovňa will meet the upper limit of energy class B for all energy consumption points located in the building (heating, hot water preparation, ventilation and cooling, lighting). From the demand for meeting the global indicator, the building will be classified as energy class A1. By implementing all the proposed measures, it is possible to achieve an overall saving of 81.57 % of the annual energy demand. (English)
