SIA KVIST savu darbību uzsāka 2011. gada nogalē, kad mātes uzņēmums AS Kvist INDUSTRIES iegādājas bijušo “Sāga grupa” ražotni. SIA KVIST specializējas augstas kvalitātes, galvenokārt, liekti līmētu mēbeļu un mēbeļu detaļu ražošanā un šobrīd paplašina savu darbību, uzsākot arī masīvkoka mēbeļu detaļu ražošanu. Atbilstoši NACE 2.red. statistiskajai klasifikācijai, uzņēmuma saimnieciskā darbība atbilst kodam 31.09 Citu mēbeļu ražošana. Projekta iesniedzējs kopš dibināšanas savu saimniecisko darbību veic projekta īstenošanas vietā – Mālpils novadā, Upmalās, Tīnes iela 1. Gan zemes, gan uz tās esošo ēku īpašumtiesības nostiprinātas zemesgrāmatā kā SIA KVIST īpašums, un projekta iesniedzējs pēc projekta īstenošanas plāno turpināt aktīvu saimniecisko darbību tajā pašā vietā. SIA KVIST atbilst lielā komersanta definīcijai, kas noteikta Komisijas regulas nr.800/2008 2.panta 8.punktā.Projekta mērķis ir veicināt efektīvu energoresursu izmantošanu, enerģijas patēriņa samazināšanu un pāreju uz atjaunojamiem energoresursiem apstrādes rūpniecības nozarē - mēbeļu ražošanā, veicot kompleksus risinājumus energoefektivitātes celšanā uzņēmuma ražošanas procesā.Projektu plānots īstenot uzņēmuma īpašumā ar vienoto kadastra nr.80740020014.Projekta galvenās darbības ražošanas procesa energoefektivitātes celšanai ir divas – aspirācijas sistēmas atjaunošana un jaunu CNC iekārtu iegāde.Projektam ir nodrošināta vidēji augsta projekta gatavības pakāpe.Projekta īstenošanas laiks: līdz 2019.gada 30.decembrim (indikatīvi 7 mēneši).Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas: 1 273 00,00EUR, pieprasītais KF līdzfinansējums: 381 900,00 EUR (ar atbalsta intensitāti – 30%).Projekta rezultātā veiktie energoefektivitātes pasākumi ļaus samazināt enerģijas patēriņu par 1059,74 MWh/gadā jeb par 16,64 % no kopējā uzņēmuma rūpnieciskajos procesos enerģijas patērētā enerģijas daudzuma, sasniedzot projekta attiecināmās izmaksu koeficientu pret energoefektivitātes plānoto iegūto enerģijas ietaupījumu – 0,0354.Atsevišķi skatot rūpnieciskos procesus, aspirācijas sistēmas ietaupījums pēc projekta īstenošanas paredzams 65,87% apmērā, savukārt ar jauno CNC iekārtu uzstādīšanu – 77,73 % apmērā.Aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums: 224,55 CO2 ekvivalenta tonnas / gadā. KVIST LLC started its operations at the end of 2011, when the parent company AS Kvist INDUSTRIES acquired the former production unit of “Sāga grupa”. KVIST Ltd. specialises in the production of high-quality, mostly curved, glued furniture and furniture parts and is currently expanding its activities by starting production of solid wood furniture parts. According to the statistical classification of NACE Rev. 2, the economic activities of the enterprise fall within code 31.09 Manufacture of other furniture. The applicant of the project has been performing its economic activity at the project site – Mālpils county, upfront, Tīnes iela 1, since its foundation. The property rights of both the land and its existing buildings are enshrined in the land register as KVIST Ltd. property, and the project submitter plans to continue active economic activity in the same place after the project implementation. KVIST LLC complies with the definition of large merchant as defined in Article 2(8) of Commission Regulation No.800/2008.The aim of the project is to promote efficient use of energy resources, reduction of energy consumption and transition to renewable energy resources in the manufacturing industry – furniture production by complex solutions for energy efficiency improvement of the company’s production process.The project is planned to be implemented in the company’s property with the united cadastre No.80740020014. The main activities of the project to increase energy efficiency of the production process are two – renovation of the aspiration system and purchase of new CNC equipment.Project time of implementation is provided on average. Until December 30, 2019 (indicative 7 months).Project eligible costs: EUR 127300,00, CF co-financing requested: Energy efficiency measures taken as a result of the project will reduce energy consumption by 1059.74 MWh/year or 16.64 % of the total amount of energy consumed by the company in industrial processes, reaching the project’s eligible cost ratio to the planned energy savings of energy efficiency – 0.0354.In case of industrial processes, the savings of the aspiration system after the implementation of the project are expected to be 65.87 %, while with the installation of the new CNC equipment, the greenhouse gas reduction calculated: 224,55 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year.
