| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu Podpora mladých a sociálne vylúčených Rómov na trhu práce je pecializovaným poradenstvom a asistenciou sociálnych pracovníkov/pracovných poradcov Človeka v ohrození, n.o. zvyova uplatnitežnos mladých nezamestnaných (NEET) z marginalizovaných rómskych komunít (MRK) na trhu práce. Projekt je zameraný na (i) systematickú a pecializovanú podporu a asistenciu mladým nezamestnaným z MRK pri uplatnení na trhu práce v kombinácii s (ii) cielenou podporou zamestnávatežov pri začleňovaní tejto cielovej skupiny do pracovného procesu a medzi svojich existujúcich zamestnancov. Konkrétnym vybraným klientom plánujeme asistova buď sprostredkovaním pracovných ponúk a asistenciou pri kontakte so zamestnávatežmi, alebo podporou pri získavní vzdelávania formou tréningov, či rekvalifikácií (podža potrieb a situácie konkrétneho klienta). S uvedenými mladými žuďmi z ciežovej skupiny dlhodobo pracujeme v rámci sluieb komunitných centier v Preovskom (Kojatice, Petrovany, Sverov, Rokovce) a Bratislavskom kraji (Plavecký tvrtok), ktoré sa zameriavajú na komplexnú prácu s obyvatežmi marginalizovaných rómskych komunít.Napriek výraznému dopytu po (aj nízkokvalifikovanej) pracovnej sile na trhu práce v súčasnosti, nie je vežká čas sociálne vylúčených obyvatežov schopná získa a udra si dlhodobo prácu aj pre nedostatočnú pripravenos pracovného prostredia a absenciu podpory zamestnávatežov v tomto procese. Okrem priamej práce s klientami sluieb sú preto súčasou projektu aj aktivity v oblasti prípravy zamestnávatežov na zamestnancov z prostredia rómskych komunít a ich podpory pri rieení problémových situácií spojených so zamestnávaním osôb pochádzajúcich z prostredia sociálneho vylúčenia. | Property / summary: The aim of the project “Supporting young and socially excluded Roma in the labour market” is specialised counselling and assistance of social workers/work advisers Man in danger, n.o. to increase the application of young unemployed (NEETs) from marginalised Roma communities (MRKs) to the labour market. The project aims at (i) systematic and specialised support and assistance to young unemployed people from CLLD in their labour market applications in combination with (ii) targeted employment support in integrating this target group into the labour force and among their existing employees. For specific selected clients, we plan an assist either by facilitating job offers and by assisting in contact with employees, or by supporting the acquisition of training in the form of training or retraining (subject to the needs and situation of a particular client). We work with these young people from the target group for a long time as part of the services of community centers in Preovsky (Kojatice, Petrovany, Sverov, Rokovce) and the Bratislava region (Plavecký tvrtok), which focus on complex work with the inhabitants of marginalised Roma communities. Despite the significant demand for (even low-skilled) labour force on the labour market at present, the high time of socially excluded residents is unable to obtain and save a long-term job due to the lack of preparation of the working environment and the absence of support for employees in this process. Therefore, in addition to direct work with service clients, the project also includes activities in the field of preparation of employees for employees from the Roma communities and their support in dealing with problems related to the employment of persons coming from the social exclusion environment.
