| Property / summary: Projekt budeme realizova 36 mesiacov, s plánovaným začiatkom realizácie projektu od októbra 2017 a plánovaným ukončením realizácie projektu v septembri 2020. Projekt bude pozostáva z dvoch hlavných aktivít:Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom asistentov učiteža pre iakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením bude zameraná na činnos 5 asistentov učiteža zamestnaných na plný úväzok pre iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami so zdravotným znevýhodnením na základe odporúčaní na pridelene asistentov učiteža.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom členov inkluzívneho tímu bude zameraná na činnos kolského psychológa zamestnaného na plný úväzok a činnos peciálneho pedagóga zamestnaného na plný úväzok prioritne pre iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami. Sú to iaci s rôznymi poruchami učenia a rôznym druhom zdravotného a sociálneho znevýhodnenia.Ciežom projektu je zlepenie tudijných výsledkov iakov ohrozených kolským neúspechom a utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu. Očakávaný výsledok a naplnenie cieža projektu budeme monitorova a hodnoti na základe klasifikácie iakov zapojených do projektu.Meratežné ukazovatele projektu sú na základe naich skúseností reálne dosiahnutežné, s výnimkou nami neovplyvnitežných okolností.Aktivity projektu sú v súlade so pecifickým ciežom 1.1.1 Zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov v rámci prioritnej osi 1 Vzdelávanie operačného programu źudské zdroje. | Property / summary: We will implement the project for 36 months, with the planned start of project implementation from October 2017 and the planned completion of the project in September 2020. The project will consist of two main aktivít:Hlavná activity of the project “Supporting Inclusion through Teachers Assistants with Health Disabilities” will focus on the activity of 5 full-time teaching assistants for students with special educational needs with health disadvantages based on recommendations from the assigned assistants teacher.The main activity of the project entitled “Supporting inclusion through the members of the inclusive team” will focus on the activity of a full-time school psychologist and the activity special pedagogue employed full-time for students with special educational needs. They are suffering from various learning difficulties and different kinds of health and social disadvantages. The project also aims to improve the results of the students at risk of school failure and to create the right conditions for education, with an emphasis on the application of equal access to education. The expected outcome and achievement of the project objective will be monitored and evaluated on the basis of the classification of the pupils involved in the project. The measurement indicators of the project, based on their experience, are realistically achieved, with the exception of non-affected circumstances. The project activities are in line with specific objective 1.1.1 to increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and to poorly achieve the results and competences of children and Asians under Priority Axis 1 Education of the Operational Programme Human Resources.
