Property / summary: Hlavným ciežom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepi tudijné výsledky iakov ohrozených kolským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Hlavné aktivity projektu:1, vytvorenie 3 pracovných úväzkov pre asistentov uciteža2, vytvorenie inkluzívneho tímu: sociálny pedagóg na 0,5 pracovného úvazku a peciálny pedagóg na 1 pracovný úväzok S ohžadom na pecifický ciež OP boli zvolené aj hlavná aktivity: Asistenti ucitela a vytvorenie inkluzívneho tímu. Ciežom týchto aktivít je prostredníctvom zvolených meratežných ukazovatežov projektu naplni pecifický ciežov OP. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je zameranie sa na činnos asistentov učiteža. Neoddelitežnou súčasou výchovnovzdelávacieho procesu je asistent učiteža, ktorý je pridelený k iakom so VVP a SZP, ktorých diagnózy si to osobitne vyadujú. Aktivity asistenta sú zamerané na bezprostrednú pomoc a spoluprácu s učitežom v triede, užahčovanie adaptácie dieaa a pomoc pri prekonávaní bariér. Druhá hlavná aktivita bude zameraná na činnos inklúzívneho tímu - sociálneho pedagóga a peciálneho pedagoga. Sociálny pedagóg vykonáva odborné činnosti v rámci prevencie, intervencie a poskytovania poradenstva najmä pre deti a iakov ohrozených sociálno-patologickými javmi, zo sociálne znevýhodneného prostredia, drogovo závislých alebo inak znevýhodnených deom a iakom, ich zákonných zástupcov a pedagogických zamestnancov kôl a kolských zariadení.peciálny pedagóg sa priamo podieža na výchove a vzdelávaní iaka so zdravotným znevýhodnením na benej kole. . Podža potreby spolupracuje s ostatnými poradenskými intitúciami, predovetkým s centrom peciálno-pedagogického poradenstva, centrom pedagogicko psychologického poradenstva, prípadne aj s lekármi. Vetky tieto aktivity reagujú na potreby iakov so VVP. Z časového hžadiska bude projekt realizovaný v termíne 09/2017-08/2020. Časový harmonogram projektu bol nastavený s ohžadom na efektívne vynaloenie finančných prostriedkov na jednotlivé aktivity s ciežom úspené realizova hlavné výstupy projektu. kola má vlastné priestory s adekvátnym materiálno-technickým zabezpečením pre realizáciu projektu, teda vlastné priestory a dostatočné materiálno-technické zabezpečenie pre realizáciu aktivít a taktie pre riadenie projektu vzhžadom na charakter projektu. Počas celej doby realizácie projektu bude iadatež vyuíva monos uplatňova si nepriame výdavky pauálnou sadzbou kvôli jednoduchiemu implementovaniu projektu. Zámerom hlavných aktivít je naplni pecifický ciež OP: 1.1.1 Zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepivýsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. kola má plnú podporu od zriaďovateža, na čo máme aj súhlas so zapojením sa do projektu. Vetky aktivity nazískanie lepieho postavenia koly sú vítané, finančná situácia koly je z roka na rok lepia, s čím súvisí aj nárast počtu iakov. Mesto ako zriaďovatež plne podporuje kolu a v prípade potreby spolufinancovania vychádza v ústrety. Vetci novoprijatí zamestnanci koly vrámci projektu budú ma vytvorené pracovné zmluvy. Property / summary: The main objective of the project is to misunderstand the results of students at risk of school failure through newly created jobs due to problems in learning, behaviour or health problems. Main activities of the project:1, creation of 3 jobs for assistants of teachers2, creation of an inclusive team: social pedagogue for 0.5 working time and special pedagogue for 1 working time With the specific objectives of the OP, the main activities were also selected: Assistants found and created an inclusive team. The objective of these activities is to meet the specific objectives of the OP through the selected measurement indicators of the project. The main activity of the project is the focus on teaching assistants. An assistant teacher is an integral part of the educational process, who is assigned to the pupils with VVP and CSR, whose diagnosis is particularly desirable. The assistant’s activities are focused on immediate assistance and cooperation with classroom teachers, facilitating the adaptation of the dieao and helping to overcome barriers. The second main activity will focus on the activity of an inclusive team – social pedagogue and special pedagogue. Social educator carries out professional activities in the context of prevention, intervention and counselling, especially for children and patients at risk of socio-pathological phenomena, from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, drug addicts or otherwise disadvantaged deom and chicks, their legal representatives and pedagogical employees of rounds and schools. Special pedagogue directly participates in education and education as well as health disadvantages at the regular round. . It cooperates with other consulting institutions, especially with the centre of special-pedagogical counselling, the centre of pedagogical counselling, or with doctors. All these activities respond to the needs of S & D students. From the time request, the project will be implemented by 09/2017-08/2020. The timeline of the project was set with the aim of effectively spending funds on individual activities in order to realise the main outputs of the project. The round has its own premises with adequate material and technical security for the implementation of the project, i.e. its own premises and sufficient material and technical security for the implementation of the activities and also for project management in view of the nature of the project. During the whole period of project implementation, the applicant will use the monos to apply indirect expenses at a break rate due to the simple implementation of the project. The main activities are intended to fulfil the specific objectives of the OP: 1.1.1 Increasing inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and improving the outcomes and competences of children and students. The round has full support from the establishment, for which we also agree to participate in the project. All activities to gain a better position of the wheel are welcome, the financial situation of the round is from year to year glued, with the increase in the number of chicks. The city as a set-up fully supports the wheel and, if necessary, the co-funding accommodates. All newly recruited employees of the round within the project will have employment contracts.
