| Property / summary: Predmetom projektu je zriadenie miestnej občianskej poriadkovej sluby a to prostredníctvom 2 zamestnancov, ktorí budú pôsobi prioritne v lokalite Nábrená, ktorá sa nachádza v centrálnej časti mesta Partizánske. Projekt prostredníctvom zriadenia takejto sluby umoní zabezpeči:zlepenie ivotnej situácie jednotlivcov, rodín a marginalizovanej rómskej komunity v meste a obmedzí nárast sociálno-patologických javovzvýenie ivotnej úrovne obyvatežov zlepením sociálnych a hygienických návykov, zvýení aktivity a preberaní zodpovednosti za rieenie svojej situáciezvýenie hodnoty vzdelania a zamestnania obyvatežovzefektívnenie dodriavania povinnej kolskej dochádzky a popritom zabezpečení účelného hospodárenia so zverenými finančnými prostriedkami, ktoré sú poskytované jednotlivcom a rodinám v nepriaznivej sociálnej situáciizvýenie efektivity práce zamestnancov samosprávy a Mestskej polície s prísluníkmi marginalizovanej rómskej komunity mesta PartizánskeTakýmto spôsobom projekt prispieva ku globálnemu ciežu Operačného programu źudské zdroje a zároveň k napĺňaniu ciežov jeho Prioritnej osi 5, Investičnej priority 5.1 a pecifického cieža 5.1.2. K uvedeným ciežom prispeje projekt okrem iného naplnením meratežných ukazovatežov projektu, medzi ktoré patria:Počet zamestnancov poskytujúcich asistenčné sluby, ktorých celkový počet je 2 zamestnanciPočet zamestnancov z MRK poskytujúcich asistenčné sluby, ktorých celkový počet je 2Občianske poriadkové hliadky budú zabezpečova najmä:ˇ Monitoring a bezpečnos detí, hlavne počas ich odchodu do koly a zo koly,ˇ Dohliadanie na ochranu verejného a súkromného majetku pred pokodzovaním (znečisovanie spoločných priestorov v bytových domoch, vandalizmus)ˇ Upozorňovanie na protispoločenskú činnos a protiprávne konanie páchateža a následne oznamovanie danej skutočnosti príslunej intitúcii, ktorá má rieenie danej skutočnosti v kompetencii,ˇ Kontrolu pohybu a miesta stretávania sa maloletých detí a mládee vo večerných hodinách bez prítomnosti rodičov,ˇ Monitorovanie a predchádzanie vzniku konfliktu v rámci komunity, MRK a väčinového obyvatežstvaDohliadanie nad poriadkom a bezpečnosou v meste. | Property / summary: The subject of the project is the establishment of a local civil order service through 2 employees, who will act as a priority in the locality Nábrená, which is located in the central part of the city of Partizánske. The project, through the establishment of such a service, will zabezpeči:zlepenie the life situation of individuals, families and the marginalised Roma community in the city and will limit the increase in socio-pathological phenomena by increasing the living level of the population by improving social and hygiene habits, increasing activity and taking responsibility for managing their situation and increasing the value of education and employment and making the delivery of compulsory school attendance more effective and, in addition to ensuring efficient management of the funds entrusted to individuals and families in an unfavourable social situation, in addition to ensuring effective management of the financial resources allocated to individuals and families in an unfavourable social situation, to enhance the effectiveness of the work of municipal staff and the Municipal Police with the participants of the marginalised Roma community, and to contribute to the operational resources of the marginalised Roma community at the same time. To the above objectives, the project will contribute, inter alia, by fulfilling the measurement indicators of the project, among which patria:Počet staff providing assistance services, the total number of which is 2 employeesThe number of employees from the MRC providing assistance services, the total number of which is 2Civil order patrols will ensure in particular: supervision of the protection of public and private property from damage (pollution of common areas in multi-apartment buildings, vandalism) Warning of anti-social activity and wrongful acts perpetrating and subsequently reporting the matter to the competent institution, which has the task of dealing with the matter, the Control of Movement and Meeting Places of Minors and Youth in the evening without the presence of parents, Monitoring and Prevention of Conflict within the Community, CLLD and Major Living.Conservation of order and safety in the city.
