| Property / summary: Prostriedky alokované na finančné nástroje majú za úlohu prispie k realizácii projektov v rámci národných investičných priorít SR a podpori tak ciele OP źZ. Finančné nástroje implementované v rámci OP źZ budú slúi na podporu projektov, pri ktorých sa predpokladá (pri kombinácii s nenávratnými formami pomoci v primeraných prípadoch) ekonomická ivotaschopnos a napĺňanie ciežov OP źZ, najmä tvorba pracovných miest a sociálna inklúzia. Jedným z hlavných ciežov je zlepenie prístupu k finančným zdrojom pre komerčné aktivity subjektov sociálnej ekonomiky. Zlepenie prístupu k investičným zdrojom má za úlohu eliminova problém subjektov sociálnej ekonomiky pri získavaní dostatočného prísunu kapitálu a investícií, zlepi prístup dlhodobo nezamestnaných na pracovný trh, zvýi podporu podnikania znevýhodnených skupín, zabezpeči dlhodobú udratežnos dobrovožníckych aktivít a podpori sociálnu inklúziu. SZRB AM v rámci SIH vytvorí pecifický podfond na podporu sociálnej ekonomiky pod názvom FOSFOR, do ktorého budú vloené prostriedky z OP źZ. Rámcovo sa finančné nástroje pouijú na realizáciu takých aktivít, pri ktorých sa predpokladá efektívna motivácia k tvorbe podpory pracovných miest či sociálnej inklúzii, za súčasného očakávania návratnosti prostriedkov alebo úspory nákladov. Finančné nástroje majú potenciál pritiahnu dodatočný súkromný kapitál do oblastí podporovaných v rámci OP źZ a prispie tak k efektívnejiemu napĺňaniu pecifických ciežov a investičných potrieb. | Property / summary: The funds allocated to financial instruments have the task of contributing to the implementation of projects within the national investment priorities of the Slovak Republic and thus support the objectives of the OP źZ. The financial instruments implemented under OP źZ will serve to support projects for which it is envisaged (combined with non-repayable forms of assistance in appropriate cases) economic viability and fulfilment of the objectives of the OP źZ, in particular job creation and social inclusion. One of the main objectives is to improve access to finance for the commercial activities of social economy actors. Improving access to investment resources has a role to play in eliminating the social economy’s problem in obtaining sufficient capital and investment, poor access to the labour market for the long-term unemployed, increasing support for entrepreneurship for disadvantaged groups, ensuring the long-term affiliation of volunteering activities and promoting social inclusion. Within the SIH, SZRB AM will create a specific sub-fund to support the social economy under the name FOSFOR, to which funds from OP źZ will be channelled. The framework instruments will be used to carry out activities that foresee an effective incentive to create job support or social inclusion, while expecting recovery or cost savings. Financial instruments have the potential to attract additional private capital to the areas supported under the OP źZ and thus contribute to meeting specific objectives and investment needs more efficiently.
