Mesto Dunajská Streda prevádzkuje na svojom území deväť materských škôl. Viaceré z nich sú vo veľmi zlom technickom stave, nielen z pohľadu tepelno-technického, ale aj z pohľadu funčného, nakoľko sa objavuje, zatekanie, plesne a tým sa vytvára aj zdravotné riziko najmä pre deti.Náš projekt rieši zníženie energetickej náročnosti MŠ na ul. Komenského v Dunajskej Strede. Jestvujúci objekt pozostáva z piatich častí (pavilón "A" , "B" , "C", "D", a "HP") ktoré sú navzájom prepojené prepojovacou chodbou. Pavilóny "A" , "B", "C" a "D" plnia funkciu škôlky a k nim prislúchajúci hospodársky pavilón "HP" - kuchyňa a zázemie. Ide o prízemný objekt s členitým pôdorysným tvarom so štyrmi identickými pavilónmi, triedami pre deti. Strecha je plochá. Výplne otvorov sú drevené zdvojené.Jestvujúci objekt, postavený v roku 1976 už roky nespĺňa základné tepelnotechnické požiadavky a preto má mesto v úmysle tento stav zmeniť. Na základe energetického auditu sa došlo k záveru, že zateplením obvodového plášťa, strešnej vrstvy, výmenou vonkajších otvorov, rekonštrukcii vykurovacieho systému sa výrazne zlepší nielen energetické kritéria pri hodnotení budov, ale v neposlednom rade aj zdravotné.Vnútorná elektroinštalácia bude tiež rekonštruovaná. The town of Dunajská Streda operates nine kindergartens on its territory. Many of them are in very poor technical condition, not only from the point of view of thermal and technical, but also from the point of view of functional, as it appears, leaks, molds and thus also creates a health risk especially for children.Our project solves the reduction of energy intensity of MŠ na ul. Comenius in Dunajská Streda. The existing building consists of five parts (pavilion ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘D’ and ‘HP’) which are interconnected by an interconnecting corridor. Pavilions ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ serve as a kindergarten and the associated economic pavilion ‘HP’ – kitchen and facilities. It is a ground-floor building with a rugged plan shape with four identical pavilions, classes for children. The roof is flat. The fillings of the holes are wooden doubled.The building, built in 1976, does not meet the basic thermal requirements for years and therefore the city intends to change this condition. On the basis of the energy audit, it was concluded that insulation of the external casing, roof layer, replacement of external openings, reconstruction of the heating system will significantly improve not only energy criteria in the evaluation of buildings, but not least health.Indoor wiring will also be reconstructed.
