    Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza facilitarea tranzitiei de la universitate la piata fortei de munca pentru cel putin 250 de studenti inmatriculati in sistemul de invatamant superior (licenta si master), sprijinind încheierii unor parteneriate sustenabile cu sectorul privat pentru facilitarea tranziției de la educație la un loc de muncă (prin instituirea unui sistem funcțional de stagii de practică la un potențial angajator) si imbunatatind totodata calitatea stagiilor de practica. Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi atins prin abordarea integrata a stagiilor de practica (teorie, practica aplicata la sediul partenerilor de practica, aplicabilitate directa si imediata a aptitudinilor) cu ajutorul consilierii individualizate in cariera. In contextul in care institutiile de invatamant superior pregatesc forta de munca necesara pentru dezvoltarea si functionarea economiei tarii, prin acest proiect ne propunem revizuirea modalitatii de organizare a serviciilor de orientare si consiliere profesionala a studentilor din domeniile inginerie textila, inginerie alimentara si economic, cu scopul de a putea raspunde in mod eficient nevoilor de indrumare profesionala a acestora. Obiectivul general al proiectului este de a creste calitatea stagiilor de practica, prin construirea unei relatii stabile intre obiectivele formative ale stagiului si exigentele de inovare si dezvoltare ale companiilor in cele trei domenii cele mai importante pentru dezvoltarea economiei din regiune, si anume: Economia Comertului Turismului si a Serviciilor, Inginerie textila si Inginerie alimentara. Proiecul are ca scop imbunatatirea calitatii stagiilor de practica, prin integrarea unei metodologii inovative ce se bazeaza pe 2 principii: - din punct de vedere subiectiv (al studentului), pe principiul carierei. In diferite momente ale ciclului de studii in care Universitatea poate orienta studentul si poate interveni asupra „punctelor forte” si asupra „punctelor slabe” ale studentului, aceasta ia in considerare perspectivele profesiei si ale ocupatiei. Prin acest proiect Universitatea ar dori sa experimenteze o metodologie de orientare ce ia in considerare nu numai exigentele de insertie pe piata muncii (profesie si ocupatie), ci si cresterea profesionala in conformitate cu strategiile de inovare ale companiilor si dezvoltarea sustenabila a economiei regionale. Din aceasta perspectiva calitatea stagiilor de practica vine legata de capacitatea studentului de a intelege strategiile de inovare a companiilor si de a putea fi in masura , desi in mica parte, sa opereze transferul tehnologic de care compania are nevoie. Aceasta abordare este deasemenea functionala si la dezvoltarea culturii in ceea ce priveste deschiderea de start-up-uri si spin-off-uri inovative de catre studenti (in colaborare cu centrele de cercetare de la Universitate) - din punct de vedere al contextului, pe principiul transferului tehnologic, al inovarii si al dezvoltartii.     The general objective of the project aims to facilitate the transition from the university to the labor market for at least 250 students registered in the higher education system (license and master’s degree), supporting the conclusion of sustainable partnerships with the private sector to facilitate the transition from education to a job (by establishing a functional system of internships with a potential employer) and also improving the quality of internships. The general objective of the project will be achieved through the integrated approach of the internships (theory, the practice applied at the headquarters of the practice partners, direct and immediate applicability of the skills) with the help of individualised career counseling. In the context where higher education institutions prepare the necessary workforce for the development and functioning of the country’s economy, through this project we aim to review the way of organising the services of guidance and professional counselling of students in the fields of textile engineering, food engineering and economics, in order to be able to respond effectively to their professional guidance needs. The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of internships, by building a stable relationship between the training objectives of the internship and the requirements of innovation and development of companies in the three most important areas for the development of the economy in the region, namely: Tourism and Services Trade Economics, Textile Engineering and Food Engineering. The project aims to improve the quality of internships by integrating an innovative methodology based on 2 principles: — from a subjective point of view (of the student), on the principle of career. At different points in the course of study where the University can guide the student and intervene on the “strengths” and “weaknesses” of the student, it takes into account the prospects of the profession and occupation. Through this project the University would like to experience a guidance methodology that takes into account not only the requirements of insertion into the labour market (professional and occupation), but also professional growth in accordance with the innovation strategies of companies and the sustainable development of the regional economy. From this perspective, the quality of the internships is linked to the student’s ability to understand the innovation strategies of companies and to be able, albeit in a small part, to operate the technology transfer that the company needs. This approach is also functional to the development of culture in terms of opening innovative start-ups and spin-offs by students (in collaboration with the research centers from the University) – in terms of context, on the principles of technological transfer, innovation and development.
