Creșterea nivelului de calificare pentru 651 angajați prin programe de formare continuă corelate cu nevoile pieței muncii în regiunea Nord-VEST. Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi atins prin derularea în proiect a 6 activități principale, stabilite in cocncordanta cu cele prevazute de Ghidul Conditii specifice“Creșterea nivelului de calificare al angajaților prin programe de formare continuă corelate cu nevoile pieței muncii AP6/PI 10.iii/OS 6.12”, respectiv consiliere profesională și tutorat , programe care vizează îmbunătățirea abilităților de bază și transversale, atât profesionale, cât și non-profesionale, precum și a competențelor antreprenoriale, acțiuni de evaluare, recunoaștere și validare a rezultatelor învățării dobândite în contexte non-formale și informale, organizarea de campanii/acțiuni de informare și conștientizare pentru promovarea importanței formării profesionale și participării la programele de FPC, actiuni inovative pentru cresterea participarii la FPC si o activitate transversala de management si coordonare. Efectul pozitiv, pe termen lung, urmarit prin atingerea obiectivului proiectului consta in crearea unei mase critice in populatia angajata din Regiunea Nord-Vest calificata, perfectionata si specializata care sa asigure in perioada de implementare si post implementare un climat concurential potrivit obiectivelor de dezvoltare regionala asumate si o preocupare reala pentru dezvoltare personala, identificare de mijloace de eficientizare a activitatii si o atitudine pozitiva fata de munca.Proiectul va permite informarea si consilierea profesionala si actiune de tutorat pentru toate cele 651 de persoane incluse in GT, participarea la programe de formare profesionala continua inclusiv evaluarea de competente a unui numar de 651 persoane, in contextul in care dinamica pietei muncii, generata de retehnologizare, cresterea competitivitatii si nevoile clientilor presupun adaptarea angajatilor, indiferent de posturile pe care le ocupa, la noi cerinte profesionale, uneori chiar reconversie profesionala, iar aceasta implica un proces continuu de perfectionare a cunostintelor si a abilitatilor. In atingerea obiectivului general al proiectului, circumscris obiectivului POCU 6.12, se va asigura respectarea temelor orizontale privind egalitatea de şanse/ nediscriminare/ egalitatea între femei și bărbați, respectiv, utilizarea TIC și contribuția la dezvoltarea de competențe digitale. Beneficiile aduse grupului tinta prin cresterea performantelor in plan profesional, cresterea nivelului de informare, constientizare si interes privind nevoia de participarela programe de formare profesionala continua in concordanta cu cerintele locurilor de munca, va contribui la imbunatatirea performantelor la locul de munca si implicit la cresterea nivelului de trai si totodata, le sporeste si abilitatea de a se adapta schimbarilor, de a anticipa riscurile si, in caz de necesitate, de a-si identifica cu mai multa usurinta un nou loc de munca. Increase the qualification level for 651 employees through continuous training programmes linked to labour market needs in the North-WEST region. The general objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out in the project 6 main activities, established in cocncordance with those provided by the Guide Specific Conditions "Increasing the qualification level of employees through continuous training programs correlated with the needs of the labor market AP6/PI 10.iii/OS 6.12", namely professional counseling and tutoring, programs aimed at improving basic and transversal skills, both professional and non-professional, as well as entrepreneurial skills, actions to assess, recognise and validate learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts, organising information and awareness campaigns/actions to promote the importance of vocational training and participation in CVT programs, innovative actions to increase participation in CVT and a cross-cutting management and coordination activity. The positive, long-term effect pursued by achieving the project’s objective is to create a critical mass in the employed population of the North-West Region qualified, perfected and specialised to ensure during the implementation and post-implementation period a competitive climate according to the regional development objectives assumed and a real concern for personal development, identification of means of efficiency of activity and a positive attitude towards work. The project will allow information and counselling and mentoring for all 651 people included in GT, participation in professional training programs continues, including the assessment of competences of a number of 651 people, in the context where the dynamics of the labour market, generated by retrofitting, increasing competitiveness and customer needs, require the adaptation of employees, regardless of the positions they occupy, to new professional requirements, sometimes even professional retraining, and this implies a continuous process of improving knowledge and skills. In achieving the general objective of the project, within the objective POCU 6.12, it will be ensured that the horizontal themes on equal opportunities/non-discrimination/equality between women and men are respected, i.e. the use of ICT and the contribution to the development of digital skills. The benefits brought to the target group by increasing professional performance, increasing the level of information, awareness and interest regarding the need to participate in continuous training programs in accordance with job requirements, will contribute to improving performance in the workplace and implicitly to increase living standards and at the same time increases their ability to adapt to changes, anticipate risks and, if necessary, identify a new job more easily.
