Facilitarea trecerii de la educatie la munca in randul a 200 de elevi din Regiunea Nord-Vest si Centru. Facilitarea trecerii de la educatie la munca in randul a 200 de elevi din Regiunea Nord-Vest si Centru Proiectul va contribui direct si semnificativ la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului prin includerea in programul de invatare la locul de munca organizat si derulat de Beneficiarul proiectului, in calitate de angajatori/societate comerciala reprezentativa la nivel national a unui numar de 200 de elevi, din doua regiuni mai putin dezvoltate ale tarii, Regiunea Centru si Regiunea Nord-Vest. Programul de invatare la locul de munca, organizat si structurat in stagii de practica pentru elevi, propus in cadrul proiectului raspunde nevolilor reale si actuale ale pietei muncii si pune accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitive identificate conform SNC si din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Pe termen lung, prin obiectivul general propus, va reusi: - sa dezvolte in randul elevilor un set de competente profesionale, cu accent asupra dimensiunii actionale (abilitati) si afective (atitudine), relevante pe piata fortei de munca - sa ofere alternative de sesiuni de pregatire practica a elevilor, complementare si in acord cu programa de invatare parcursa, intr-un mediu de practica sigur, relevant pentru domeniul pentru care se pregatesc - sa dezvolte in randul a 200 de elevi noi competente personale si profesionale ca urmare a servicilor de consiliere si orientare profesionala prevazute prin proiect si prin care elevii vor devenii mai constenti de opotunitatile de angajare si formare/educatie existente de piata si modul in care le pot accesa, de propriile competente si abilitati, de modul in care pot functiona activ pe piata fortei de munca - sa dezvolte o colaborare relevanta intre Beneficiarul proiectului, in calitate de angajatori/societate comerciala reprezentativa la nivel national si unitati de invatamant secundar si tertiar non-universitar din 2 regiuni mai putin dezvoltate, facand posibila colaborarea directa intre entitati relevante in domeniul educatiei din judete cu cele mai mici valori ale ratei de abandon scolar (ex Cluj) si judete din Romania cu cele mai mari valori ale ratei de abandon (ex Brasov, Sibiu) - sa ofere elevilor noi perspective personale si profesionale care sa ii motiveze in directia educatiei si a ocuparii pe termen lung (Romanian)

Facilitating the transition from education to work among 200 students from North-West Region and Center The project will contribute directly and significantly to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call by including in the workplace learning program organised and carried out by the Project Beneficiary, as employers/commercial company representative at national level 200 students, from two less developed regions of the country, the Centre Region and the North-West Region. The on-the-job learning program, organised and structured in internships for students, proposed within the project responds to real and current labour market failures and focuses on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. In the long term, with the proposed overall objective, it will succeed: — to develop among students a set of professional competences, with a focus on the actional dimension (abilities) and affective (attitude), relevant on the labor market – to offer alternatives of practical training sessions of students, complementary and in line with the curriculum of learning completed, in a secure practice environment, relevant for the field for which they are preparing – to develop among 200 new students personal and professional competences as a result of the counseling and professional guidance services provided by the project and by which students will become more aware of the higher education opportunities and training/education of the Romanian market and how they can access their own skills, which can access their own skills, as well as in which the students will become more representative of the educational opportunities and training/education of the current market and the way in which they can access their own skills, as well as on the national level of activity, which will be relevant to the students’ participation in the field of employment and training/education.
