Obiectivul general al proiectului este transformarea orasului Santana intr-o zona de interes turistic cultural contribuind astfel la diversificarea sectoarelor economice. In acest sens implementarea acestui proiect va contribui atat la atingerea obiectivului general al Programului Operational Regional de impulsionare a dezvoltarii locale prin conservarea, protejarea, promovarea si dezvoltarea patrimoniului natural si cultural si a identitatii culturale. Prin programul de conservare si revitalizare a imobilului Urbarial Haus se urmareste indeplinirea urmatoarelor obiective specifice privind protejarea si valorificarea acestuia care face parte din patrimoniului cultural din Romania: - dezvoltarea comunitatilor prin cresterea atractivitatii turistice si investitionale a oraselor si regiunilor, datorita conservarii, restaurarii si valorificarii patrimoniului cultural si natural; - conservarea si valorificarea patrimoniului imaterial in vederea consolidarii identitatii culturale a minoritatilor etnice si culturale, inclusiv a populatiei rome. - intarirea relatiilor bilaterale intre operatorii culturali din Romania si cei din statele membre cu privire la patrimoniul cultural. Privind gradul de accesibilitate al publicului la valorile materiale si imateriale care constituie patrimoniul national. Lucrarea se inscrie in obiectivul general al programului de protejarea si conservarea patrimoniului cultural si natural pentru generatiile viitoare si facilitarea accesului la patrimoniu a publicului larg. Prin proiect se propune: - restaurarea, conservarea şi punerea in valoare a cladirii Urbarialhaus; - conservarea patrimoniului cultural mobil; prin obiectele muzeului care fac parte din patrimoniul cultural al localitatii; - crearea si dezvoltarea de muzee si spatii culturale. - prin realizarea unui muzeu care va expune elemente specifice si traditionale zonei; - digitizarea obiectivului de patrimoniu Astfel prin obiectivele specifice şi rezultatele urmărite în cadrul acestui Program, restaurarea acestui imobil va contribui la conservarea patrimoniului cultural si natural pentru generatiile viitoare si va spori gradul de accesibilitate al publicului la valorile materiale si imateriale care constituie patrimoniul national. In this respect, the implementation of this project will contribute both to the achievement of the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme to boost local development by preserving, protecting, promoting and developing the natural and cultural heritage and cultural identity. The program of conservation and revitalisation of the Haus urbarial building aims to achieve the following specific objectives regarding its protection and valorisation, which is part of the cultural heritage in Romania: — the development of communities by increasing the touristic and investment attractiveness of cities and regions, due to the preservation, restoration and valorisation of the cultural and natural heritage; — preservation and valorisation of intangible heritage in order to strengthen the cultural identity of ethnic and cultural minorities, including the Roma population. — strengthening bilateral relations between cultural operators in Romania and those in the Member States regarding cultural heritage. On the accessibility of the public to the material and intangible values that constitute the national heritage. The work is part of the general objective of the program to protect and preserve the cultural and natural heritage for future generations and facilitate access to heritage for the general public. The project proposes to: — restoration, conservation and enhancement of the Urbarialhaus building; — preservation of mobile cultural heritage; through the objects of the museum that are part of the cultural heritage of the locality; creation and development of museums and cultural spaces. by creating a museum that will exhibit specific and traditional elements of the area; thus, through the specific objectives and results pursued within this program, the restoration of this building will contribute to the preservation of the cultural and natural heritage for future generations and will increase the accessibility of the public to the material and intangible values that constitute the national heritage.
