Scopul principal al proiectului este reprezentat de introducerea unui sistem modern si eficace de gestiune a energiei, care ar permite reducerea consumului de energie electrica si a costurilor necesare pentru iluminatul public. Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea eficientei energetice in cadrul Municipiului Barlad prin modernizarea si imbunatatirea sistemului de iluminat public. Iluminatul public reprezintă unul dintre criteriile de calitate ale civilizaţiei moderne. El are rolul de a asigura atât orientarea şi circulaţia în siguranţă a pietonilor şi vehiculelor pe timp de noapte, cât şi crearea unui ambient corespunzător în orele fără lumină naturală. Masurile prioritare care se preconizeaza a fi luate sunt axate pe cresterea calitatii sistemului de iluminat public, asigurand o durata de lucru mult mai lunga decat in prezent si reducerea impactului asupra mediului inconjurator, prin reducerea poluării cu emisii de CO2, dar și a poluării luminoase. De asemenea, se doreste reducerea consumurilor totale de energie electrică prin reducerea puterilor instalate în corpurile de iluminat, ceea ce ar permite o economie considerabilă la cheltuielile cu factura de energie electrică. The main goal of the project is the introduction of a modern and effective energy management system, which would allow to reduce the electricity consumption and the necessary costs for public lighting. The general objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency within Barlad by modernising and improving the public lighting system. Public lighting is one of the quality criteria of modern civilisation. It is intended to ensure both the safe orientation and movement of pedestrians and vehicles at night and the creation of an appropriate environment during hours without natural light. The priority measures that are expected to be taken are focused on increasing the quality of the public lighting system, ensuring a much longer working time than at present and reducing the impact on the environment by reducing CO2 emissions and light pollution. It is also intended to reduce total electricity consumption by reducing the installed power in luminaires, which would allow considerable savings in electricity billing costs. (English)
