Projektem je cíleno na nastavení systému komplexního rozvoje znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti FESTO-ŠTODT s.r.o. a Fe Produkt, a.s. za účelem posílení jejich adaptability na trhu práce a upevnění postavení a konkurenceschopnosti obou společností.
