Realizacja projektu - Aktywizacja osób pozostających bez pracy w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie Miasto Świnoujście (VI) w okresie od dnia 01.01.2020 r. do dnia 31.12.2022 r. ma na celu pomoc w aktywnym poszukiwaniu pracy. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020 tj. zwiększenie zatrudnienia w szczególności wśród osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, zwłaszcza tych, którzy znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami). Wsparcie oferowane uczestnikom projektu obejmuje instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy wskazane w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Dla każdej osoby bezrobotnej przystępującej do projektu będzie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, która będzie poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji oraz problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu. W ramach ww. projektu wsparciem zostanie objęte 146 osób bezrobotne zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Świnoujściu. Osoby te będą mogły skorzystać z oferowanego wsparcia w formie szkoleń, stażu, dotacji na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej lub też będą mogły podjąć zatrudnienie w ramach prac interwencyjnych bądź w ramach doposażenia/wyposażenia stanowiska pracy. W ramach projektu zaplanowano udzielenie 18 dotacji na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, co umożliwi uczestnikom projektu samozatrudnienie oraz przyczyni się do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości na lokalnym rynku. Założono, iż podczas realizacji projektu wskaźnik rezultatu - liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu (C) - zgodnie z WLWK zostanie osiągnięty na poziomie 45 % tj. 66 osób. Implementation of the project – Activation of unemployed persons aged 30 and over, in particular those in a difficult situation on the labour market in the county of Świnoujście (VI) in the period from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2022, aims to help you find a job actively. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the ROP WZ 2014-2020, i.e. to increase employment in particular among unemployed and inactive people, especially those who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market (persons aged 50 and above, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and people with low qualifications). Support offered to project participants includes labour market instruments and services as defined in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. For each unemployed person joining the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant. 146 unemployed persons registered at the District Labour Office in Świnoujście will be supported under the above-mentioned project. They will be able to benefit from the support offered in the form of training, traineeships, business start-up grants or employment as part of intervention work or in the context of retrofitting/equipment of the workplace. Under the project, 18 start-up grants are planned, which will allow project participants to self-employment and contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in the local market. During the implementation of the project, the result indicator – the number of persons employed, including self-employed workers, after leaving the programme (C) – was assumed to reach 45 % according to the CCI, i.e. 66 people.
