Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej ( od dnia 30 urodzin ) pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pińczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 35 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday) who are unemployed in the Pińczów district. The main result of the project will be 35 people registered in the PLO to take up employment. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
