Since July 2016, the company has successfully rented a year-round house on a short-term rental basis. The spring-summer period (April-September) enjoys the greatest interest of landlords and provides the company with the highest revenue. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is extremely important to maintain a high level of cleanliness and to disinfect the surface. For this purpose, it is intended to purchase equipment for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. In order to ensure safety not only to customers but also to persons operating the facility, it is planned to replace the central heating furnace with eco-pea-powered with a modern gas stove. In addition, this will reduce exhaust emissions. In addition, it is planned to develop a neighbouring plot of approximately 2900 m² in order to provide guests with a comfortable rest that meets the sanitary regime during the COVID-19 pandemic.
