Projekt je zaměřen na ohrožené cílové skupiny uchazečů o zaměstnání a to dlouhodobě nezaměstnané nad 5 měsíců a uchazeče starší 50 let věku. Projekt řeší pomoc lidem z těchto CS na okresech Blansko a Vyškov, kde má žadatel své provozovny a dlouhodobě zde působí v oblasti vzdělávání a poradenství. Projekt nabízí motivační, poradenské, vzdělávací a rekvalifikační programy včetně následného zaměstnání u zaměstnavatelů. Rekvalifikace jsou uzpůsobeny potřebám trhu práce - dle vlastního průzkumu.
