Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.09.2020 r. do 30.06.2021 r. W jego wyniku zostanie wdrożony program rozwoju instytucjonalnej opieki nad dziećmi i młodzieżą zagrożonymi wykluczeniem społecznym – świetlicy środowiskowej łączącej formę opiekuńczą i specjalistyczną. Projekt dotyczy utworzenia Świetlicy Środowiskowej w Kaletniku. Celem inwestycji jest: Wzrost aktywności i integracji społecznej 20 osób (11 dziewcząt i 9 chłopców) z rodzin przeżywających trudności opiekuńczo-wychowawcze oraz 11 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, przeżywających trudności opiekuńczo-wychowawcze (30 osób) poprzez organizację pomocy dydaktyczno-opiekuńczo-wychowawczej i specjalistycznej w ramach świetlicy środowiskowej w okresie od 01.09.2020 do 30.06.2021 r. Projekt zakłada realizację następujących działań: - zajęcia rozwijające zainteresowania artystyczne; - zajęcia rozwijające zainteresowania językowe, informatyczne i matematyczne (kompetencje kluczowe); - zajęcia specjalistyczne; - zajęcia sportowe; - zadania w zakresie aktywnej integracji rodzin. W projekcie zaplanowano ponadto finansowanie funkcjonowania świetlicy środowiskowej przez okres 10 miesięcy. W ramach przedsięwzięcia nie są finansowane świadczenia wypłacane na podstawie ustawy z dnia 09.06.2011 r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej. (Polish)

The project will be implemented from 1 September 2020 to 30.06.2021. As a result, a programme for the development of institutional care for children and young people at risk of social exclusion – a community centre combining care and specialised forms – will be implemented. The project concerns the creation of the Environmental Sculpture in Kaletnik. The objective of the investment is to: The increase in activity and social inclusion of 20 people (11 girls and 9 boys) from families experiencing childcare and educational difficulties and 11 families at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who are in caring and educational difficulties (30 people) through the organisation of teaching, care and educational and specialised assistance within the framework of the community centre in the period from 01.09.2020 to 30.06.2021. The project involves the implementation of the following actions: — classes developing artistic interests; — classes developing linguistic, IT and mathematical interests (key competences); — specialised classes; — sports activities; — tasks relating to the active integration of families. The project also plans to finance the operation of the community centre for a period of 10 months. The project does not finance benefits paid under the Act of 9 June 2011 on family support and foster care. (English)
