Projekt dotyczy utworzenia Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowych w Powiecie Proszowickim dla branży mechanicznej i górniczo hutniczej jako wiodącej i branży turystycznogastronomicznej jako uzupełniającej. Projekt będzie realizowany w Zespole Szkół im. Emila Godlewskiego w Piotrkowicach Małych, jako odpowiedź na potrzeby lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy. Celem głównym projektu jest przygotowanie uczniów do efektywnego funkcjonowania na rynku pracy poprzez zapewnienie im warunków do wszechstronnego rozwoju i zdobywania rzetelnej wiedzy zgodnej z potrzebami rynku pracy a tym samym zwiększenie ich szans na zatrudnienie. W celu zapewnienia odpowiednich warunków kształcenia i szkolenia zakładamy doposażenie warsztatów szkolnych jak również pracowni gastronomicznych . Uzupełnienie odpowiedniej bazy techno dydaktycznej pozwoli na łatwiejsze przechodzenie z etapu kształcenia do etapu zatrudnienia. Działania te również pozwolą na wzmocnienie systemów kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego głównie poprzez mechanizmy prognozowania umiejętności, dostosowania programów nauczania oraz tworzenia i rozwoju systemów uczenia się poprzez praktyczną naukę zawodu realizowaną w ścisłej współpracy z pracodawcami. Grupą docelową projektu są uczniowie szkół ponadpodstawowych i ponadgimnazjalnych z terenu powiatu proszowickiego prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe oraz nauczyciele uczący w tych szkołach przedmiotów zawodowych. Dla uczniów planowana jest organizacja: staży zawodowych, kursów i szkoleń, doradztwa zawodowego, pomocy stypendialnej dla uczniów szczególnie uzdolnionych, dodatkowych zajęć dydaktycznowyrównawczych . Dla nauczycieli natomiast zakładamy realizację : studiów podyplomowych i kursów doskonalących. (Polish)

The project concerns the creation of the Professional Competence Centre in Powiecie Proszowicki for the mechanical and mining industry as a leading and complementary tourism industry. The project will be implemented in the Emil Godlewski School Complex in Piotrkowice Małe as a response to the needs of the local and regional labour market. The main aim of the project is to prepare students for effective functioning on the labour market by providing them with the conditions for comprehensive development and acquiring reliable knowledge in accordance with the needs of the labour market and thus increasing their employability. In order to ensure proper conditions for education and training, we envisage retrofitting school workshops as well as catering workshops. The completion of an appropriate teaching technology base will facilitate the transition from education to employment. These actions will also help to strengthen vocational education and training systems mainly through skills forecasting mechanisms, adapting curricula and developing and developing learning systems through practical apprenticeships in close cooperation with employers. The target group of the project is students of secondary and upper secondary schools from the proszowice district providing vocational training and teachers teaching vocational subjects in these schools. For students, it is planned to organise: internships, courses and trainings, career counselling, scholarships for particularly talented students, additional teaching activitiescomparable. For teachers, we assume the implementation of: postgraduate studies and improvement courses. (English)
